    @airtelindia are you guys doing something with your network process or what? From last 2 week, once in every 3 day I'm facing a severe issue with network. For 20-30 mins there was no network at all at my place. I have tested in my 3 different Sim and also other 4 of my neighbors

    @airtelindia I requested a new broadband connection on 26/3, and was informed I'll receive a call in 4h, and the new connection will be installed in 24h. After 7 calls over 5 days to 121, I'm told my request is not registered. This is how you treat your (Airtel Black) customers?

    @airtelindia Seeing no network since yesterday afternoon, and reaching out to your gallery today, they say your sim is physically damaged because everyone's network is back! What sense does this make? Network went of because of the issue your end and it is still not working!

    @airtelindia I'm not able to talk to the customer care . Very pathetic experience. When I call 121 it is not allowing me to talk to the customer care instead it asking some useless information, and it is telling the data balance which I already know. Please respond @airtelindia

    @airtelindia What the hell is wrong with your customer support team. You gave a number for broadband complaint but it doesn't work. It asks for account number but doesn't work. Internet outage since yesterday WTF

    Can @airtelindia you explain me how in the 7 worlds sim is physically damaged and why I need to replace it by giving upfront cost, whereas all the problems started because of the issue from you guys!
