    @airtelindia are you guys doing something with your network process or what? From last 2 week, once in every 3 day I'm facing a severe issue with network. For 20-30 mins there was no network at all at my place. I have tested in my 3 different Sim and also other 4 of my neighbors

    I want join Fastest 4g @airtelindia but in my area we don't have tower near about 15km, we can't able to use internet or calling, network is almost Zero, so please provide network connection as soon as possible, i am hopefully waiting for your response @Airtel_Presence #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Tomorrow at 12 afternoon I bought your sim card with payment of 150 Rs. simcard seller done my process of verification,finger print, photo etc but 1 day past but till network not available shows & services block. Very disappointed with your service

    @airtelindia Why the toll free numbers not working from Airtel prepaid plans? This is always a problem. How do you expect to reach emergencies.. Trying to reach Health insurance Toll free line 1860 4250 258. My number is 98407 15058. Chennai circle.

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your customer service. Since 13th July, I’ve made several calls and sent emails regarding my WiFi issue. My first complaint was closed without resolving anything, and now I’m repeatedly promised a callback within 4 hours that never happens

    Three days without Airtel Wi-Fi, and still no visit from a service engineer despite multiple calls to customer care (121). This level of service is unacceptable. Kindly resolve this issue immediately and restore my connection. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #CustomerService

    @airtelindia I have few questions on this policy: 1. If someone is Working From Home and WiFi got some issues and he/she needs to use hotspot to work, what’s wrong in using my own mobile, my own sim (for which I am regularly paying it’s not charity you’re providing) 2. If I am travelling and want to use hotspot to do my work, should I carry WiFi router, cables everywhere with me? 3. If your employee travelling, does he also need to carry WiFi setup with him? When you can’t improve your services, when you can’t provide better speed WiFi you indulge in these type of tactics. Monopolies is hurting Indian customers @BJP4India we need more players to avoid these tactics
