    @Airtel_Presence Bill with correction in due date is still not available on Airtel thanks App. @airtelindia @airtelnews. I could see due date is still 16 May for statement period 5 Apr to 4 May. You may send me complaint no, as your representative on call shown their incompetency to provide same

    I had one airtel prepaid number which was active from 2012 -2021. As I didn't recharge that number it got deactivated, I visited airtel store, contacted customer care but got no help. Please reissue that number again 🙏 A loyal airtel cutomer since 2005 - Present @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Even after 12 hous i havent recieved any call from Airtel regaridng Airtel Black while my lead was already generated on 11th. I will change the service provider after such pathetic service . #Shame @airtelindia

    @airtelindia The customers who uses INR 1000 mobile phones to just get connected with their loved ones they always complaining about the poor voice quality, @ViNewsOfficial IDEA 2G network also have same problem voice cracking. Hope @trai will treat this matter on priority basis.

Airtel had solved the issue. and i have received my network and recharge amount back to my number. 27 days To solve a customer issue is a long time. If the same trend continues #airtel is going to be in trouble to retain customers.

    India’s internet has been officially split into two classes, and the announcement came from .@airtelindia itself. Postpaid users now get “priority 5G.” Prepaid users get whatever is left on the same towers, the same spectrum, the same network. The deciding factor is not technology, not infrastructure, not even fairness. It is the size of your monthly bill. The most dangerous part is not the policy itself, it is the precedent. Once a tiered internet gets normalised in India, every telecom in the market will follow the playbook. First speed will be sold, then app access, then connectivity itself. The open internet that built digital India will disappear quietly, one corporate announcement at a time. Public spectrum is being sliced by wallet size, and the regulator has not said a word. .@Dot_India @JM_Scindia silence is not neutrality, it is complicity.

    Very disappointed with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia service. I paid ₹1500 for Airtel Xstream Fiber+ dth. Your technician visited & cancelled the connection saying there's no signal availability in my area. I was promised a refund within 2 days. Now it has been more than 11 days
