    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My dad using this no. 9222192993 also they recharge multiple times on this number now our balance of Rs. 178.45/- were have been checked thereafter still service won't be working. They won't be make call or receive any calls from anyone. Do Needful

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You add value added services cost(uncalled for) to the bill. We raise a ticket. You don't resolve. & then you disconnect the services. You want folks to pay the incorrectly invoiced bills & then call your team? Looting like never before. #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have airtel broadband at home. The connectivity is poor and it doesnt work atleast three days in a week. If you cant give a permanent fix please let me know so that i can change to another providers. Have complaint multiple times at local people.

    @Airtel_Presence Yet again after a call from their social media team & a promise that the case is escalated for the nth time and someone from the related team would get back, @airtelindia goes silent!!! Goes to show their poor management practices to say the least!!

    @airtelindia Please note that I opted for bundled services for my family plan, phone, WiFi and IPTV, your store person made a mistake and logged for DTH services which I never requested, this issues is going on since 25th April,26, paid 2000 INR, yet not resolved, Pl do needful.

    1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.

    @JM_Scindia & @DoT_India exploitation by @airtelindia they block working numbers and then say to reactive you have to do postpaid and pay bill for 4 month which unethically forcing customer for postpaid.Kindly look into this it is serious issue faced by inlaws and seniorcitizen

    Dear @airtelindia I know my recharge validity will be expiring soon. Why a warning tone will be there before any call? Recently I travelled for 6 days where There is no Airtel network. Will Airtel compansate these validity? @TRAI This is harrasment.

    I initiated MNP request 2 port frm BSNL to Airtel.The scheduled porting time was May 9th 23:22. It has been over 1 hrs, but my BSNL SIM is still active & receiving calls,while myAirtel SIM is not working.Pls look into this transition issue urgently @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests for poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was contacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).
