    My #Feedback is frustrating working with #Airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal Without any cause i need to bare 25/- rupees, loss of daily internet for total 3 days. Issue was with airtel sim which stopped automatically working.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your network of internet sucks from many days what the hell is going on. It’s not making any sense to having such a horrible internet service. I feel I am living in some rural areas due to such kind of network service. Please do something.

    @airtelindia Your store on Ram Maruti road thane never opens on time i.e. 10:30am. And your online bill pay not working asking unnecessary details. Like m pin and registed mobile etc. Why you need tha???

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is not about the payment, when a request to close a connection is made, airtel pushes customer to pause it or transfer it, promising nothing will be charged. Then close the request, never followup, generates bills and start calling 10 times in a day to irritate so people pay

    @airtelindia - Why advertise services that you cannot deliver on? Two weeks since I requested & paid for an IP TV installation. 7-8 calls with 121, including supervisors and escalations. No one has a clue. I think your customer service has become a joke. No resolution yet! Why?
