You guys are absolute losers. Advertising tat customer can make free calls to any nmbr & whn he makes an urgnt bank call, airtel says dus no z chargeable.

Akash Kumar (@AkashKumar1399) reported@airtelindia booked new fibre connection and they did kyc remotely and asked to pay also to book the installation slot but on the day of installation they told that we don’t have coverage in this area and asked to cancel to get the refund. But till now I haven’t got refund.
