You guys are absolute losers. Advertising tat customer can make free calls to any nmbr & whn he makes an urgnt bank call, airtel says dus no z chargeable.

Alex Mathew (@al_mathew) reported@airtelindia situation in guwahati - Internet goes off post 10 pm everyday for 3-4 hours. Service engineers don't visit even after 3 days. Airtel customer care tells you to pick up their calls even when in a meeting. Disregard engineers not picking up when you call back.
