    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If certain nos r not a part f ur unlimitd call+plan,it shd b arrayed @ d time recharge itself. You guys are absolute losers. Advertising tat customer can make free calls to any nmbr & whn he makes an urgnt bank call, airtel says dus no z chargeable.

    @airtelindia your network connection is pathetically slow, when I contacted the care one month before they are saying some work is happening near by and the same is saying now. My bill is generated now... for paying that I may need to go for near web cafe.

    @Airtel_Ug Airtel Uganda Blocked my airtel money just after a cash deposit of 1,700,000Ugx. No warning, Now 2 weeks. My money is stuck, and customer support isn’t helping. Has this happened to anyone else? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has the worst service. Not getting a reply when they told me to share the ID and everything. And even after replying not getting the answer. I don't think i will be getting my internet back.

    @airtelindia Facing extremely poor network in my area (Kharod,Ankleshwar, Bharuch,Gujarat-394115). 5G is showing but the speed feels like 2G/3G. Calls drop, internet barely works. This is unacceptable in 2026. 1/4

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have an Airtel Broadband connection. 4 days ago my internet stopped working. Raised a complaint, support engineer visited same evening and said the Adaptor is faulty — "Go buy a new one from local shop". My questions: - Doesn't Airtel keep stock of simple Adaptors? - We pay monthly bills, but company can't provide a basic power adapter? Local shops don't give warranty and often sell poor quality products. Customers trust Airtel's brand for service, but this damages the brand image badly.
