    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paying for broadband, getting downtime. Nearly 6 hours of daily maintenance is not done & reflects complete lack of service reliability. I wd be more than happy to change my connection to a local vendor if this frustration continues. 01118090432_wifi

    @airtelindia This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Despite multiple follow-ups, my AirFiber installation (Order ID: AK6PRN0548) is still pending and the assigned engineer is not responding.If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with:

    @airtelindia Faced multiple disconnections on xtream fiber this month, eventually had to go with another WiFi service. Please disconnect my connection, and also discount the bill amount by the in serviceable days.. do it asap.

    @airtelindia it is amazing that an international roaming issue can not be resolved by your team in 8 days!!! After numerous emails and calls, no response now from your team for 2 days...for a long term customer...you are not leaving any option but to port!
