I cannot ask my elderly relatives to run errands for me. Please give an easier solution. Can I pick up new SIM from embassy

@airtelindia Pathetic service by @airtelindia I payed Rs-3004/- for the new connection of #airtelxfiber. On 20th march. Still have not got the connection Atlast got the message your request has been cancelled and money will be refunded. Still the money is not refunded into my account.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia service is so bad that they wont even let you add a new complaint until the old complaint is resolved. That is one great way to limit the complaints! Pathetic service from your team continues with no call back for 24 hours

@airtelindia One of the worst experiences . I have been on Airtel member since Apr 2014 and moved to Black Premium membership since Sep 2020 when I shifted to a new place.. as part of that plan, I was paying for Fiber connection but fiber services were not available at that time.
