@airtelindia My broadband is not working since 4th April. Registered a ticket [116736756], 3 times engineer came to solve the problem but no luck. I am doing WFH, and currently on mobile hotspot since last 12 days. Now your engineer had stopped picking up the call. Pls assist.

Never opt for @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia broadband or DTH as you'll get only false commitments, delays and mental stress from them in case of any issue. Their customer support team doesn't care about the solution. The biggest mistake of 2023 is to get associated with them.
