I have been following up for new broadband and xstream connection for 2 days.. all payments made but your engineers and sales person made sure that I get frustrated everyday by doing follow ups and don’t get everything working.

Go look up "dissatisfied customer" in any good online dictionary. Then send a copy of that entry to all your staff. That's why you are losing customers!
