Airtel has been looting customers on the pretext of providing broadband services. Reality is that they don't even have the necessary infrastructure set-up needed for the same.

Airtel customer care is saying there is no TAT reflecting for resolution. Don't know when my issue will be resolved. Should I shift to other connection. Really frustrated by response.
