    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews There is no network literally in the cellphone at Panchmahal District's internal & border villages till now. Are you developing atleast 2G or 3G network there or not? If not, then why are you claiming yourself No. 1 company?

    @airtelindia hello airtel, please set one mobile tower at BHANTHALA, BALASINOR, DIST KHEDA.. GUJARAT. as the is No mobile coverage or internet at all... Problem is only in airtel.. Otherwise all other network working completely well..

    @airtelindia I have requested for Airtel wifi connection. Appointment scheduled for today but now your engineer refused to come for installation. He was also talking rudely I'm disappointed by your service.

    Dear @airtelindia, I raised a Fiber shifting request on 27-05-2026 (Req No. 10953604461). Your engineer visited but refused to complete the installation, citing lack of a drill machine, and never returned despite multiple assurances. Even after 15+ days, the connection remains

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you have the WORST customer service ever. Been 6 days of constantly calling and mailing your team - no solution, no satisfactory response and no action taken yet. What a pathetic service. Solve my issue at earliest - A frustrated Airtel DTH user

    @airtelindia Dear team, My Airtel Wi-Fi ID 0174429285677 .it's very very third class service by airtel .many many times airtel wifi not working and when I complaint after that it worked .it's very biggest mistake by me we use airtel wifi .today also we face same problem

    @airtelindia probably has one of the most incompetent customer service networks in India. Placed a plan upgrade request from 300 Mbps to 1gbps back on 4th. Received absolutely zero updates from the tech team.

    Dear @airtelindia Are you shifting back to 4g network in india because last 3 days my iphone not catching your 5g network so 5g unlimited ki batti banake kiske pichwade me dalni hai and i know in vishwaguru sim port is not the solution we need strict law against you.

    16 years. That’s how long I’ve stayed with @airtelindia . The first 8 years as a prepaid customer and the last 8 years on postpaid. I trusted this brand, recommended it to friends and family, and never thought I’d seriously consider leaving. But today, I’m simply tired. Poor network, poorer customer service, and endless complaints with no real resolution. And that Airtel Priority Postpaid campaign is complete nonsense. This isn’t anger. It’s disappointment. The trust that took 16 years to build has been broken, and for the first time ever, I’m preparing to port my number out. Good marketing can attract customers. Only good service can keep them. @Airtel_Presence
