    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews There is no network literally in the cellphone at Panchmahal District's internal & border villages till now. Are you developing atleast 2G or 3G network there or not? If not, then why are you claiming yourself No. 1 company?

    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @airtelindia hello airtel, please set one mobile tower at BHANTHALA, BALASINOR, DIST KHEDA.. GUJARAT. as the is No mobile coverage or internet at all... Problem is only in airtel.. Otherwise all other network working completely well..

    If you are living in city like shimla and you have airtel .It will be the most stupidest thing you can do cause airtel doesn’t have good services even in 5G or 4G network you have full signal, but you have zero speed of Internet and Calling drops worst network @airtelindia

    Team @airtelindia , in Diamond Heights Colony, Gopanpalli, Tellapur,Nallagandla, Hyderabad-46 area ,Sai Sankalp Apartments there is no Airtel phone and data connectivity. Plz solve the issue as early as possible. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - How is a customer supposed to report a fault if the IVR and chatbot don't allow raising a complaint? - Why is there no way to speak to a support representative during a complete service outage?• If a new connection fails within 20 days, where is the promised reliability?

    Transferred my eSIM to a new phone and lost network on both. Airtel asked for re-KYC. SIM is in my late father’s name. Submitted Family Member Certificate & notarized affidavit at Airtel Tirupati to transfer it to my name. No update even after 40 days. No: 8008151265 @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The worst part is that it's impossible to reach customer support. The IVR keeps looping, the chatbot doesn't let me raise a service request, and there's no way to talk to a human. I've even reached out to the area manager in Whitefield, but the issue is still unresolved.

    @airtelindia only ‘tries’ to provide internet in Vadodara despite charging commercial rates for it. Unfortunately, raising the issue & not letting go might only result in Airtel refunding for outage time, nothing else. No regulator will ensure service provided as promised.

    @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi has not been working for the last 2 days. Despite reporting the issue, it is still unresolved. This level of service is disappointing. Please look into this urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest. #Airtel #CustomerSupport @Airtel_Presence

    Don't use airtal black and also post paid service Service is very 3rd class 5/6 day internet service shutdown but not bill reduced take a bill full 30 days contact to customer care they cut call after few minutes @airtelindia
