    @airtelindia hello airtel, please set one mobile tower at BHANTHALA, BALASINOR, DIST KHEDA.. GUJARAT. as the is No mobile coverage or internet at all... Problem is only in airtel.. Otherwise all other network working completely well..

    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews There is no network literally in the cellphone at Panchmahal District's internal & border villages till now. Are you developing atleast 2G or 3G network there or not? If not, then why are you claiming yourself No. 1 company?

    @airtelbank @airtelindia 5 working days were rqstd from Aug5, 26, and I was assured that I would receive an update on Case ID 6785475678406. Today is Aug 11, and there is still no update or resolution. How much longer am I expected to wait? Please provide a clear status and resolve this matter urgently.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am facing an issue for a long time regarding to my WiFi and i also call customer care but my issue didn’t resolve as I recharged it on 28 july and today i got a message that i used my 1k GB that impossible last month i also get the same issue

    @airtelindia Please help me restore my Airtel number. It’s my 10+ year old number, kept under Safe Custody while I’ve lived in Canada. After my son was born in May, I unfortunately missed payments and it was deactivated. I’ve already paid via the Non-Active Number portal.

    @airtelindia 2/4 Instead of refunding my money, Airtel transferred the balance from my old/wrong DTH ID 3042061966 to my current DTH ID 3069968927 and is treating the matter as “resolved”. The current balance shown is ₹3,259.88. This is NOT the resolution I was promised or requested.

    @airtelindia Your Connaught Place M block store service is not good. Staff doesn’t have the knowledge about Airtel services. Also they make excuses that store is about to close and can’t assist at 7pm whereas the closing timing of store is 730pm

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare To my utter disgust, they are sending me an invoice of Rs. 179.53 for services that they could not fulfill as promised. I had been their customer who paid 6 months in advance. This is how they repay their loyal customers.

    @airtelindia It’s extremely difficult to reach a human customer-care executive. The chatbot isn’t helpful either. My MNP request to Jio has been pending for 7–8 days with no clear update. Please resolve this and make human support easier to access. #Airtel #MNP
