@airtelindia Hi Airtel .i hv requested for converting corporate post paid connection to prepaid personal connection,with all corporate aproval.but your airtel -15 FDB told conversion will help only to post paid and another 90 days time required to convert to post paid.pls help

@airtelindia Internet down. Number of msgs sent to @Airtel_Presence but no acknowledgment, no response. Am waiting to @reliancejio to setup fiber in my area and the very next day, I will disconnect my Airtel broadband and DTH connection. Such lathargic customer service.
