Despite trying to contact your customer care every day, I have been unable to connect with your support team. As a result, my issue remains unresolved, and I am facing significant inconvenience due to the lack of internet service.     @airtelindia we are facing issue in our wifi connection at office for last 15 days. Everyone is giving trouble shooting but no engineer have visited till now.

    @airtelindia @PMOIndia Till now service not resumed ...Neither your customer care working ..It is going in loop and no one call me back .Did not expect this from airtel like company .so unprofessional and pathetic .

    Facing non-responsiveness and substandard service from @airtelindia. Paid for 100 Mbps broadband, getting speeds in Kbps. IVR doesn't let me raise a complaint, and my request for disconnection + full refund has been ignored. Requesting @TRAI & @Airtel_Presence to look into this urgently.

    @airtelindia After so many written complaints and calls ,the connectivity at my house is particularly very very bad and no calls get connected nor get recieved which is causing serious logistical issues This problem is happening since last 4 month from +91-9619665154
