    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am facing issue with the internet network for past 5 days and despite my complaint there is no resolution. I am getting 2G network which is very pathetic. Customer service executive tells it will take 10 days to resolve the issue. Horrible 🤬

    @airtelindia just saw the lates add of yours. Counting tue number of complaints only help you get few more add space but solving any specific concern of consumers. Think beyond these shoddy marketing strategies.

    This is worst experience of my life with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I am struggling frm lst 2 months to get duplicate sim of my lost sim. I was holding this postpaid connection since 2005. But Now I become hopeless with your service. And Zero complaint advertisement.

    My name is Uddhav. I face issue of fast data consumption from last 3 days. . I face this issue 3 times from last 2 years. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia system issue but there officers denied. Currently i am in hospital with COVID PATIENT. I request @TRAI pl look in this matter.

    The customer service of @airtelindia is degrading. I advise @airtelindia to change their customers service handle to airtel_absence. That will make more sense.
