Again @airtelbank prove that they provide WORST service to the customer. Money debited but Recharge failed from there end now when it's time to refund they said me that it's a bank fault. 🤬 @airtelindia And its 2nd time 🤬🤬

No internet connectivity for last four days and no clarity on resolution from customer service team. This is the third time i have faced the same issue with no resolution for 4-5 days this year. Not sure why I am being harassed time and again. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
