    Got the SIM replaced for ₹100 and issue resolved. If it was this simple, why the long delay and unnecessary inconvenience, especially in this heat? Really disappointed as I expected a better resolution time and service @airtelindia

    @airtelindia for two weeks i am trying to connect to your team to disconnect my airtel broadband in new delhi but no response.. such a harrassment.. atleast other broadband companies respond.. but your service sucks.

    @Airtel_Presence Wifi suddenly stopped working. Tried restarting it. Yellow light is blinking. Unable to connect with the customer care also (it says the system being migrated / updating) how will I resolve this? @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As per confirmation from @ViCustomerCare, there are no outstanding dues on my number and it has already been ported out from their end. However, my number is still not activated on Airtel, leaving me without service for past 4 days. Request you to urgently complete

    @airtelindia I have placed request for iptv set top box installation 5 days ago. No one has yet come for installation. I have even escalated to appellate team, they are worst than customer care. So finally I do not have any option but to disconnect.
