    So it all started with an bad network from @airtelindia at my place for with I raised a complaint as well as opted for porting for other network which is @reliancejio . A guy from airtel customer care called and said sir give us 48hrs to check on it and I will revert back but

    @airtelindia I enrolled for Black Plan even made payment .But the Airtel Team inspite of all the required NOC from building is not installing the dth service please help me in this matter .Thanks

    Hey @airtelindia post cyclone there seems to be issue with data connectivity in my area. Request you to please get the nearby network tower serviced/checked. Nothing is working as of now on data, I am able to make calls though.

    @TRAI It's time you pay attention to the inefficiencies and ineffectiveness or @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Providing bad customer service via illiterate executives and harsh unmannered replies. Also topped with illogical waits of 48 hrs.

    @airtelindia why AirTel has removed 28 days validity recharge of Rs. 49 and replaced it with Rs. 79? only incoming facility recharge is also not available? We don't have indoor network so this AirTel no is as good as dead, just have to keep as it has got linked earlier. #looters

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What kind of service surety you claim if you don't have Simcard at your airtel express stores. Customer has to visit 3 times to get 1 sim & still disappointed as store manager says it's out of stock. Worli Naka store.

    My SR no 24854483 was a shoddy job of tying my dish and it's LNB holding rod with a wire and tape. It worked fine that day and next day same issue of B0001 started. Please send them again, and I won't be paying anthing this time. #Airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @kavinbm

    I'm very much disappointed with Airtel customer service. As I raised a request to shift my broadband on 25Feb 2022 but still my request is not completed. Airtel only making fake statement that it will do it by today,in 4hours etc., @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Do the needful

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence one of worst network in Navi Mumbai area. Pin code 410206, Location: ulwe,Navi Mumbai.Never faced this much issue. Given complaint many times. No response. Speed is worst than 2G. Sometimes network is having single bar or no service...please resolve

    @airtelindia @airtel sells international roaming packs. When we call saying it is not working, they claim there is a restriction on china made handsets in the US and so it will not work. So why do they sell the packs without telling you this? What is the solution? Refund maybe?

    @airtelindia - My WiFi is frequently disconnected due to poor maintenance of the junction box that kept outside - every time ppl open and not closing the box causing my line to break .. I need to escalate this immediately.. I’m going to terminate my connection

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wife & I converted to eSIM together on the same postpaid plan. Her line gets Airtel Fastlane (5G Standalone); mine is stuck on NSA. It’s a clear backend provisioning error. Email support gave a generic 10-day timeline (20th). Please fix my profile
