    @airtelindia beware this is the worst service provider in telecom industry. Lost money and time because they decided to provide wrong account number as a result service was barred. These problems have been recurring. Company doesn't have money to employ good support staff

    @airtelindia what a pathetic piece of customer service, can I get to speak to someone, 121 is a joke. Not issues can be resolved by selecting IVR options, recharge is done still being asked to recharge
