    Hey @airtelindia post cyclone there seems to be issue with data connectivity in my area. Request you to please get the nearby network tower serviced/checked. Nothing is working as of now on data, I am able to make calls though.

    After a pathetic network coverage for even voice call I ported my number from @airtelindia to @VodafoneIN then found they are in competition for who is the dumpest. Then I ported to @Idea now I came to know that there’s three in competition. Well done 👍🏻 Bravo 👏🏻

    Cust Id - 3030256063-001, rchrge ✅ on 12.02.2020 for Rs.770/- same still nt reflecting in Set Top Box. Been 2 days since d matter hs been raised with your Social Media team still issue remains unresolved @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence one of worst network in Navi Mumbai area. Pin code 410206, Location: ulwe,Navi Mumbai.Never faced this much issue. Given complaint many times. No response. Speed is worst than 2G. Sometimes network is having single bar or no service...please resolve

    @VishalJagdale21 For that reason I port out my sim to other network #airtelloot still going on @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If you providing poor kind of service in metropolitan city then what about urban area. Just think and port out from #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence plz improve ur network at Karanjade in Panvel. Airtel connectivity is so pathetic that we are unable make calls/use internet. Requesting u to plz look into this matter n resolve it asap else we will be forced to port our numbers to other cellulars

    Airtel Digital Recharge made and d same is also reflecting in Airtel Thanks App but the same is yet to be updated in Set Top Box. Cust ID 3030256063-001. Recharge made on 15th. This is the 2nd time I am having such problem with Airtel Digital TV. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @TRAI everytime due to no network /poor network ,i receive maximum time missed call alert because friend can’t contact me .If at all contacted, my friends/ colleagues complaint of not listening me very clearly. It is due to bad network ( non 4G despite 4G connection

    Pathetic experience with @airtelindia. I wanted to upgrade to IPTV; it was a simple service request. Their service agent made a blunder. I even paid 500 and now they are just hanging up on me, saying someone else will resolve it. I want to cancel the existing Fibre connection now

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Shared my number via DM. One more thing, the Call Center isn't equipped to answer queries & did not provide any resolution on approx 11 calls made over last 21 days. When asked to speak to supervisor, (s)he was "Busy" in important work ! I wonder!!!

    @Airtel_Services "Absolute mockery of premium service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! Broadband down since July 16 (SR: 10995986781). System promised resolution by July 17, 7 PM, but silently pushed the technician to July 18 instead. Recurring line failures every 2nd day.

    @nehanagarr People use hotspot no to share with friends, but for their own laptops, tablets too... Also in areas with bad network, shopkeepers give their phone hotspot for payments.. This is bad decision by @airtelindia

    Hello @airtelindia - if I am travelling and need to use the unlimited 5G hotspot to connect my laptop, you're saying I can't even do that now? Pls clarify...because if the answer is no, you can't do it - I'm switching away from your network today. No DM bullshit.
