They have lost control & looks like no one is monitoring or auditing resolutions My problem got resolved only when I contacted the RSM through contacts else the issue would never have got resolved Customer care only sends auto responders & don’t even call

@airtelindia Your Senior Manager Shivam Narang on customer care can’t connect with field team, is there anyone accountable to get the work done or everyone just writes notes & arrange for call back, 15 days have passed since the request, what speed are you taking about when ur service is poor
