Raised request to get a new Airtel Xtream Fiber connection for at least 3 times now. But looks like @airtelindia is not interested 🙄. Pathetic service in Kolkata, even their customer care executives don't respond to live chat messages. ☹ Any other good broadband connection?

@airtelindia I am not able to complain on 121 even. IVR not reviving my input, it keeps giving me instructions. I have issue with broadband and there is no way to contact Airtel. Getting reply from none of channel.
