@airtelindia very disappointing service! This morning (Sep 25, 2022) I paid all tye amount for installation for my new airtel extreme fiber and they promised i will have my connection by this evening and will have the connection, but still now show of installation.

@airtelindia 2/2 Customer care says it's a fiber connection and expected to get 200mbps. The service person says it's copper over RJ45 copper connection and so, can't get 200mbps and suggest to upgrading to fiber. Customer care says there isn't any option to upgrade.
