Airtel customer care works so slow evn after 4 days of complaint for (wrong recharge done for intnl roaming) with their SR number they don’t even care to respond to it. In fact they closed the req by them without getting solution to it. #Airtelindia #airtelcares #airtelthanks

Worst broadband service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @ Engineer they sent wasted my 2 hrs took money in some form of charges and went away saying problem will be solved in 1hr Calling him for hours didnt receive adequate response just delays and finally switches off his phone

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Disappointed with DTH service. Feeling cheated despite a long relationship. Asked to recharge with particular amount and committed to give 3 month validity however ended in 28 days only. I hope you will listen and resolve it.
