This was on my third call to ‘AirTel Black’. In first call on 12/8, I was promised resolution in 4 hrs, no response till this morning. Two calls on 14/8 morning, only bureaucratic responses! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ‘AirTel Black’ initiative not up to mark at all!

@Airtel_Presence Yeah I also received that message. You did nothing and closed it without doing anything. This is what @airtelindia does simply closes the complaint after 2-3 and the customer is troubled by chasing that he just simply accepts it. No problem is solved.

@TRAI The way @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has increased the minimum recharge plan every couple of years is Unfair , how can a person living below poverty line afford to recharge of ₹79 every 28 days to just keep his phone service alive, this is a big loot. Please fix it.
