Though the order was showing payment failed, @airtelindia did add the charge to the post bill. I asked customer support to revise the bill multiple times and file a complaint to remove the extra charges.

He told me that this is @airtelindia policy, this charge cannot be removed, you have to pay. I was really surprised to hear such a word. @airtelindia promises to his customer satisfaction, VIP service. I had a very bad experience with @airtelindia.

Very pathetic service by Airtel. Requested change in ownership of two postpaid numbers with same docs., 1 is done another is getting rejected again and again. Rude behaviour of customer service people from Airtel. Consumer forum is always open. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
