    @BDUTT @airtelindia Mobile cellular companies can cater only those clients which comes under the frequency of their tower. Hence, it responsibility of each user to search for nearest 🗼if they want to avail the services. Otherwise, keep on complaining and switch from one service provider to another.

    @Airtel_Presence Yesterday I was told that I will received call till 1 pm today with an updated ETR. I have yet not received it, I am planning to cancel my @airtelindia Black subscription and move to Jio for mobile and Tata for broadband. I am simply tired of your incompetence.

    @Airtel_Presence and you do one year recharge and at the end they disconnect just by simply saying that ur sim is not working. Can someone pls assist me on a priority basis or else I know what can be done. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Hey, @airtelindia I think broadband services are going to close in Varanasi as Internet is down since 24 hours, if that is the case then please let me know so that I can change my service provider.
