@airtelindia I had raised a complaint on my airtel connection which was supposed to get closed by 31st Jan for no 986764309 and 9819249668. I find status of complaint closed for 9867463409 where as the network problem persists closed to my surprise.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Firstly issue not resolved. I still get one bar. Not sure how u decided that issue is resolved. Secondly issue reported on 10/01. I've not received any communication untill the sms @ 12:29 on 02/02. U send a reminder at 7:40 am. #ridiculous

@airtelindia Really it is a very bad experience with airtel network, upload speed is worst, the only solution is to put more and more towers in these areas. A panchayat needed minimum 4 towers for 5000 people in a area. But here we have only 1 tower in my areas. please consider
