I'm very disappointed with @airtelindia I made a wrong recharge on my phone number after that i called CS of airtel, they are not ready to refund my hard earned money. I told them it was done by mistake, CSE replied me - humne apko mistake karne nahi bola tha woh apka problem hai

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since last 2 months I am facing lot of network problems. I can't hear called party voice. Today I can't even call anyone from Airtel number. Finally I have to take Vodafone card to make calls.

How dumb airtel customer support can be. Called 121 for email registration for eSIM gave my EmailId and got a SMS with complete different email for confirmation. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Sim's and customer support is garbage.
