    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what is wrong with your service lately? It’s been more than 10 days. Internet keeps disconnecting randomly throughout the day! What’s the point of having 4G speed if it keeps disconnecting! :/ already raised a complaint for this twice. So frustrating

    Dear @airtelindia I have a simple request to shift my Tv from my one location to another. This option is not on the app, when I call helpline I went through the entire 7-8 minutes but could find that option, it says to use the app there is no human call support. Kindly assist.

    I m currently standing in your Naupada, Thane store. Willing to convert Postpaid to Prepaid. The connection is in my mother in law's name and she is unable to reach the store due to medical condition. However your @airtelindia employees are extremely reluctant to help.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia +917573061128 got a call from this number for MNP. Upon showing interest to port to Airtel I asked few questions about plan but people are not able to answer patiently and hung up. I am really thinking to port due to network issues.

    @airtelindia My wife's WhatsApp is hacked. Had blocked the services of that Airtel number but still the hacker has access of the same WhatsApp number. Kindly guide us with the same with reference to closing the WhatsApp account. SR#4WST20221109819819813 complaint no.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have airtel broadband at home. The connectivity is poor and it doesnt work atleast three days in a week. If you cant give a permanent fix please let me know so that i can change to another providers. Have complaint multiple times at local people.

    @Airtel_Presence As stated in my earlier tweet the info was totally wrong inspite of having provided correct info to Ur backend and hence it is as good as no resolution of the problem, so don't try to avoid accepting mistakes in your systems @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down since last Friday. Multiple complaints raised—each time promised resolution in 5–6 hrs, but still no fix. No engineer visits yet, and calls now disconnect saying “update ongoing.” This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paid ₹1500 for Airtel Fiber on 12th June. Due to local connectivity issues, it is still not installed. Order is neither completed nor cancelled, and my refund has not been initiated. Please check your DM, cancel this request, and refund my money.

    How do you allow fraud within the network? Ticket 31-1000014389228 . Two hour international call added In my May Bill. There's is separate line item at the same time for a local call. Till now you have not been able to tell me how that's possible. You are just closing the ticket saying billing is correct. How can a operator of your size allow fraud within your network? On top of that I was told my complaint is legit and I will get the refund in my next bill. You have closed the ticket with a different comment saying bill is correct. Know after the second bill it's too late to address old bill complaint? This is crazy @airtelindia
