    Such bad and poor experience with @BhartiAirtel2 as they renewed Hotstar annual subscription without my consent and now telling me charges are valid and they can't do anything. Poor mannerless customer support as well. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Need to get this fixed.

    I m currently standing in your Naupada, Thane store. Willing to convert Postpaid to Prepaid. The connection is in my mother in law's name and she is unable to reach the store due to medical condition. However your @airtelindia employees are extremely reluctant to help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Useless 121 service. Not able to reach to operator when need in urgent, those stupid IVR does not help at all. And worst is Airtel thanks app which does not work properly.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Xstream connection down for over 4 days. Multiple calls to your customer care have resulted in no solution. Ditching my local 'cable wala' for big corporate FTTH was a terrible mistake. They at least heeded to ur complaints. #Airtel #Pathetic

    I am a postpaid customer of @airtelindia, my sim ported @VodafoneIN, a year ago, I regularly pay 700 rs monthly, but rs 182 old Vodafone bill was left, I am ready to pay it online, @VodafoneGroup stores are closed due to corona in Thane , However my Airtel stopped the service.Y??

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys are a disgrace of a service provider. Your open network shows a Airtel receiver tower a block away from my place and yet the network disconnects every ******* 5 mins. Learn from @reliancejio . They’re at least consistently pathetic.

    Hi I get recharge done every month from the prepaid plan issued by you. But my complaint is that if we recharge for 1 month then 28 days validity, 56 days for 2 months, 77 days for 3 months. Why is the validity not covered for the entire month as per the recharge? @airtelindia

    Airtel Wi-Fi seems to be the most useless service in terms of issue resolution. It has been 2 days of super slow network that started post the rains and even after multiple intimations, the status is same. Will cancel the connection. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Dear @airtelindia , Airtel Black complaint raised on 16 May for broadband outage in Haridwar still unresolved despite promised timelines. Tickets are falsely marked “Resolved” while Wi-Fi remains dead. No accountability, no support, no follow-up. Ref ID: 11030378434

    @beluga_catesh @airtelindia @GyanTherapy I know what NR is, I’m saying that your screenshot does not have NR or SA 5G Airtel has a limited coverage of SA 5G compared to Jio Hence they deduct from 4G if the network is on 5G NSA

    Very disappointed with Airtel's poor service. Despite raising multiple complaints regarding my router issue, there has been no proper action or resolution from the support team. Customers should not have to follow up for basic service support repeatedly. @airtelindia
