    @airtelindia @airtelindia This is absolutely pathetic network and customer service. I have raised the same complaint 5 times, but still no proper response or resolution. I’m paying around ₹4,000 in bills, yet the internet works like 2G.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my WiFi at home is not working for last 2 days…money is being paid on time…but coming to service…it’s becoming worse. The agent is disconnecting my call and no some seems interested in resolving..I am trying to get hold of someone to get my internet at home working again. Don’t think only about money, think of service as well..pathetic..seems needs to change my ISP immediately…

    Absolutely terrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence lately. For the last 10 days, my Wi-Fi drops daily with the same generic "outage" texts. My work is being badly interrupted by this poor service. Time to switch to a different provider.🛑 #AirtelDown #PoorService

    I am really fed up with Airtel Wi-Fi services. I have raised multiple complaints, but tickets are being closed without providing any proper resolution. Now, even after requesting cancellation of my Airtel Black service, the request is being extended every other day. @airtelindia
