    @airtelindia apke customer care executive itne bekar hai ki ham kya bole. Maine network ke complaint k liye call Kiya to unhone sim postpaid kar diya jb sim ko prepaid ke liye bola to sim ko de activate kr diya. Same on @airtelindia

    2-3 years, they said wait u have used up all ur data. I said i have unlimited data. Then they said to raise a complain. it is shameful. I should not have to go through such inconvenience. This in no way is balance data issue. Pls do something or i will have to port @airtelindia

    @airtelindia what happened to your service. I was not at all expecting this from you . My air fibre not working since last 5 days and your customer care take complaint and then close it before resolving and show it resolved . Its still unresolved and no body attending it

    @airtelindia Pathetic customer services.I have raised a request for shifting my wifi and it's been 7 days and nothing has been done yet.Calling your customer care is a pain they asking same details everyday that means your CRM doesn't register details .#pathetic #fraud #airtel

    @airtelindia Coverage is very poor in Ernakulam,particularly suburban area!not able to get a agent or executive to talk or register a complaint! There is no provision in registering a complaint on network or coverage! Holding a postpaid corporate connection!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How oven to do this without any confirmation call why did u migrate to postpaid it’s fraud doing with Customer Hi, your transaction ID for Airtel Prepaid to Airtel Priority Postpaid migration is 21-6871485378408. Your request will be completed

    @airtelindia no network signal, no calling even after replacing the sim at the airtel store after more than 12 hrs. On Customer care, there is no human available.. Very pathetic service.

    My wife has been trying to disconnect our #Airfiber connection as there is poor connectivity at our home...it was reported last month to disconnect however #Airtel generated bill for it...this time they are constantly harassing with numerous service calls @airtelindia
