    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare I recharged with Rs 999 plan bt speed is very slow already lodged a complaint also engineer said our router is 1band so change it to new one so that i will get speed.I asked for router change on 7 feb but till date I didn't get new router my SR 000018q48m.

    @TRAI now @airtelindia tell that customer to pay 150 rs charges to solve this issue of error and this airtel create in every 3 month interval to earn money from existed customer ,request @TRAI to take some action on this type of company .

    I did recharge for my another Airtel number but network suspended from your side @airtelindia , I don’t know why…? Asked Airtel care office, response very poor.. Still network not come and money also.. very very worst service… shame on you @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia what the hell, i bought broadband connection trusting you and you cancelled saying it is exceeding 200meters and have not refunded my money yet, and also you are not giving me option to talk to your customer care executive.. POOR service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia so paid this month bill also today i.e. 17th Feb and tried to download the receipt for same for my broadband connection but problem still persist in your "Thanks" app (or Thankless app if i may call so) as in receipt it is now showing Feb21 receipt
