Complaint raised will be resolved within 15 days so that means in monthly scheme i won't be able use for 15 days so who will be answerable. I guess you aren't aware of @TRAI rules wherein even if we don't recharge sim it has to be active for 90 days, But you fraud co have stopped service on 2nd day itself
