    I recharge unlimted pack for 4g and it works on 2g. Complaint raised will be resolved within 15 days so that means in monthly scheme i won't be able use for 15 days so who will be answerable. Will airtel give me the unused credit back to me? @airtelindia @MIB_India

    Hey @Airtel_Presence I want port my sim in @JioCare to @airtelindia becoz jio is very poor network speed like a 2G I boring feel with jio .... I complained many times but not resolve my net speed problem....

    @airtelindia Today i have port out from VI to Airtel as in my area their network was fluctuating from 4G to 2G and not even WhatsApp msg sends on its network inside office area. I hope Airtel will provide better network, speed, Voice Quality and Customer Service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_india I contacted customer care again and was assured that my issue would be resolved within 24 hours.I waited as requested, but the problem is still unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with this service delay and am now considering switching to JioFiber due to the lack of support.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Has the audacity to remain silent even after providing a Worst Service, Customer Support, Money minded Technical Team in chennai,tamil nadu. I never felt this pain with any service provider.

    @airtelindia it’s been over 20 days and my DTH has not been installed!! Multiple calls and the worst IVR to navigate later I get to know someone has raised a request to cancel my DTH without my consent !!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If this is not resolved immediately, I will be formally escalating this matter through CPGRAMS, TRAI grievance channels, and the Consumer Forum for wrongful service denial, repeated false assurances, operational negligence, and loss caused by forced Airtel Black exit.

    @airtelindia My WiFi has not been working for the last 3 days despite repeated complaints and follow-ups. This is causing inconvenience and financial loss as work is getting affected. Who will bear the loss for these 3 days of service failure? Expect an immediate resolution.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, Wi-Fi has been completely down in my area for the last 10 days. This is unacceptable service. I expect this resolved immediately AND a 15-day extension on my validity to compensate for this massive disruption. Please fix this. #AirtelDown
