    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I need help with my DTH connection (Id 3035666813). The setup box needs to be replaced as it has turned faulty and is not rendering full image on TV. I got the TV checked with technician, but the issue is confirmed to be in Set top box only.

    @airtelindia extremely unhappy as no fiber optic connectivity in area also the normal speed has been reduced to upto 09 Mbps... better to go with other service providers. Poor service, unexpected from Airtel Shame!
