I recharge unlimted pack for 4g and it works on 2g. Complaint raised will be resolved within 15 days so that means in monthly scheme i won't be able use for 15 days so who will be answerable. Will airtel give me the unused credit back to me? @airtelindia @MIB_India

To complain about the Internet not working issue, I was using the airtel app to diagnose using wifi network and the app then asked me to switch to the mobile network, If the mobile network was working then why I would have been complaining :D @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
