Complaint raised will be resolved within 15 days so that means in monthly scheme i won't be able use for 15 days so who will be answerable. Only last digit was changed to 3 in place of 9. customer care, X and mail I was told that within 2 days getting refund in my a/c.but afterwards told over phone that the a/c has no balance hence won't get ₹520/. @airtelindia @MIB_India??
