I recharge unlimted pack for 4g and it works on 2g. Complaint raised will be resolved within 15 days so that means in monthly scheme i won't be able use for 15 days so who will be answerable. Will airtel give me the unused credit back to me? @airtelindia @MIB_India

@airtelindia Today i have port out from VI to Airtel as in my area their network was fluctuating from 4G to 2G and not even WhatsApp msg sends on its network inside office area. I hope Airtel will provide better network, speed, Voice Quality and Customer Service.

Hey @Airtel_Presence I want port my sim in @JioCare to @airtelindia becoz jio is very poor network speed like a 2G I boring feel with jio .... I complained many times but not resolve my net speed problem....

@airtelindia - Two executives have consecutively refused setting up the wifi. Who the hell is going to do it then, why the hell you charge up front if your so called engineers are incapable of doing anything. Don’t scam if you cannot provide service.

Hello @airtelindia . Why the hell is your system is diverting my phone calls, SMS and now even it is showing not registered on network when I tried to call 198 though having recharge. Is This how you treat your 13 year old loyal customers,That's really disgusting.
