I hope Airtel will provide better network, speed, Voice Quality and Customer Service.

Complaint raised will be resolved within 15 days so that means in monthly scheme i won't be able use for 15 days so who will be answerable. Your team raised a request on 24th Aug (8:24 PM) and closed it fraudulently on 25th Aug without fixing it. Now your app shows errors and customer support calls are being auto-disconnected. Fix this!

Pallab Choudhury (@Mr_choudhury16) reported@airtelindia “There’s no network issue,” “it happens sometimes,” or “it’ll be resolved in 4 hours.” Today, instead of actually resolving the problem, I was suggested a ₹449 + GST “priority postpaid” plan. So the solution to poor network and call quality is apparently to pay more?

With no proper laws available for the consumers , we just have to hop from one service provider to other.

I'm using this Airtel Xstream DTH for more than years and still issue of restarting the frequently is there. No support from them.
