Pradyut Ranjan Dey (@pradyutdey) reportedWhat kind of customer support you are providing? In case of issue when I try to reach customer care, through 198 or the various numbers provided by airtel chat, can't reach anywhere to lodge a complaint. After getting connected, those numbers talking nonsense, like @airtelindia

ICT ka Fan (@ICTkaFan) reported@airtelindia How do i schedule a technician visit for wifi issue? Before it was very easy to schedule technician visit, now it is asking for troubleshooting steps which are useless and in the end it asking me to call 18001029892 which isn’t working. HK TECH (@HKTECH_AI) reported@saaaanjjjuuu @airtelindia advertises “Unlimited 5G,” but the reality comes with hidden limits, fair-usage conditions, and hotspot restrictions. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.
