    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your app is so crap That it won’t connect to agent , 198 Is not connecting to agent .. just charged late fee of 100. I won’t pay that. Allow to talk to agent else please tell me what to message for porting

    Dear @airtelindia / @airtelnews How much do you charge for getting a physical SIM from e-sim ? I tried to connect with your customer care to get answer for this question but your bots didn’t answer this and didn’t let me talk to real person. Does really @AirtelCaresLess ?
