@JioCare @reliancejio There has been an internet outage in my area for the last 9 hours now. Used @airtelindia services for as long as 15 years without any such outage. No response/update from any chat on app or whatsapp. Wow! I can only speak to robots if I have an issue

@raj05291 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I switch from Vodafone to jio thinking that the service will be better. But, I am not at all satisfied with it. I tried to reach the customer care but they are not so responsive.

@airtelindia Attributing to these factors, I'd like for you to raise a refund request for the payment i made as soon as possible and wish sufficient intimation, so that I can go ahead with a network provider that actually provides same day installation. (3/3)

@airtelindia Hey everyone! don't go for airtel broadband plan. Their service is too wrost.i have been using airtel broadband since 2 month in this time period many times my internet goes down due to technical error. Go for ANI or jio they are better then airtel. I am also going to change it.
