I bought Airtel's Broadband connection in Nagpur. Turns out that they ask for payment upfront and later refuse to install the network. Terrible customer service, no one's responding. Shame! @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia The network sucks since two days. Am not being able to browse anything neither call anybody. However i got the message from the airtel that the tower which was having certain issues have been resolved now. The call drops immediately after 2 mins.
