    @airtelindia been trying to call customer care but failed. Existing plan expires today but I have recharged with new plan. But new plan gets activated tomorrow and I need internet today for office work. Plz help

    @airtelindia What is this useless network? Airtel has no network in my colony. Do something. If not Airtel, I am switching to jio. I have 151 Airtel users all going to jio. Please increase Airtel network in my colony Location Behind Sagar Dhaba udgir Ms

    @Airtel_Presence The original complaint was on 10 Feb. It improved marginally. It’s again back to the old ways. If I cannot dial 121 from our phones it’s shame on @airtelindia

    Giving up on @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wife and I cannot even call 121. We get ‘call failed’. Not able to make or receive calls. First complained via Twitter on 10Feb. Improved for a while. Again same problem. Calls, if at all, last for 1-2 secs. After that ‘call failed’.

    @ViCustomerCare fail to understand the logic of not having Vowifi compatibility with iPhone models when other like @airtelindia @reliancejio have compatibility with iPhones for vowifi service.

    @VittalGopal @airtelindia The Service Request No. 31-3551633606551 related to Network on your Airtel Number 8618243274 has not been closed. However I have received the request has been closed. I have been facing this issue since November 2019. Still not resolved.
