@airtelindia hi it's a very bad experience for using the Airtel sim & also want to inform that your customers executive is no manners how to talking with customers so please learn & train some basic manner. My concern is last 24 hrs ur internet service is not working.

We have even visited Airtel office to escalate the issue with same assurance of resolution within 24 hrs. Appalling to see extreme slack from your end on resolving this when all kinds of promises are made when taking a new connection! @airtelindia
