@Airtel_Presence Still no resolution and no one approached. No doubt @airtelindia is left behind Jio. Somehow @reliancejio just works without any drama. 5 calls to your customer care and 2 store visits, while 0 calls to Jio customer care in last 3 years.

@airtelindia you claim false promises that your networks are everywhere, we can use data everywhere even in mountains as per Advertisements but the reality is very different I'm not able to able to use data even in my room. I also raised my complaint thrice.
