@airtelindia My SIM card has stopped working whereas pack applied is valid for 62 more days. No1 at cust care and can't go out due to lock down. SIM was working yesterday night. Please help. I am at Rajashthan, Udaipur.

@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia I am using your network from last 9 years as postpaid. SIM failed to have a network connection with no network status. I raised a SIM replacement at door step, could please speed my request. All my OTP for commercial and Office are connected with it.

@airtelindia U are doing such extra work What about your network connection in my area radius of 5km ,,, When gov power line goes offf your network also goes offf completely afterward there is no phone calls incomming and outgoing And we were complaints from 4 months but there is no Change
