@airtelindia Have a problem with the SIM. Visited Airtel store near BDA complex HBR bangalore. After providing all the relevant details and waiting your support team says server down and come tomorrow. I find this very hilarious.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Frequent connection drops on Xtreme fiber! Have raised service requests more than 5 times now.... issue still persisting! Certainly won't recommend @airtelindia broadband for WFH!

@Airtel_Presence sometimes, 4G connectivity drops suddenly to 2G (E+) for few minutes and this network drop affects internet usage very much. Please resolve this issue as I tried same from your Airtel thanks app but it doesn't have such option. @airtelindia
