@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia My SIM card has stopped working whereas pack applied is valid for 62 more days. No1 at cust care and can't go out due to lock down. SIM was working yesterday night. Please help. I am at Rajashthan, Udaipur.

Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia either you send an engineer to check the poor connection or pls disconnect and refund my security deposit. Frustrated! Paying Rs.600 without any service. Pathetically poor service!!
