@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia With great reluctance I agreed to your reps pleading to migrate to this scheme. After a few taps on her keyboard and few otp exchange, here I am sitting with all linked services down, including wifi. Either the CRM or the backend provisioning software sucks.
