@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

As a Platinum customer myself, i would like to thank @airtelindia for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I can't stress this enough how trash they are. Its been more than 16 days I applied & paid for Airtel Fibre, yet after escalating my issue everyday nobody showed up to install my internet.

@airtelindia Applied for a broadband connection at Kanchipuram on 29/3/21. 6 months tarrif paid on 1/4/21 by 8:00 am. Connectivity not given. Contacted the store executive. Says he'll throw back the money & challenged that we'll never get connectivity. Till now NO CONNECTIVITY

Wrost service bhrti airtel broadband orai they took amount two time rs.2829 but still installation is pending when I try to call your executive they didn't pick my call and after visit they assure me for installation but again they commit wrong.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
