@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

No way we can personally talk to your customer care even on 121? Data cpns and FastTag cshbck promised but not recieved. 20rs disc on Rs.598 rchrg but payment failed, on trying again no such cpn available. Now, can't even rchrg. Saying hii to jio! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
