    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    I literally hate your service @airtelindia it's been a week I am facing issues with my data connection and calls. Tried registering issues on your thanks app that too didn't worked out. Calls keep on dropping and net doesn't work properly 🤦

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a pathetic service you have. I have paid the money for jio fibre and did kyc also but it’s been 3 days but nobody has come to install the fibre. If you can’t install don’t take our hard earned money. Give my money back, I will go to @airtelindia .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 3 days. Same issue. Airtel WiFi dies every day after 6 PM. Multiple complaints, ZERO fix. What are we paying for—service that disappears at peak hours? Fix this TODAY or I escalate to TRAI & disconnect. Enough is enough.

    @airtelindia. @Airtel_Presence Extremely poor service. Both Airtel Black numbers not receiving incoming calls—callers hear “switched off” while phones are ON. Data works. Complaint raised, no fix. Resolve ASAP or will port out.

    Very disappointed with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Installed Airtel AirFiber at my home but it keeps disconnecting every few minutes. Contacted customer care many times and the unit has already been replaced 3 times, yet the same issue continues. This is unacceptable. Fix this

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with Airtel WiFi service. Frequent connection drops for months. Multiple service requests in March (Wi-Fi • 0402657****_WIFI on Mar 21 & Mar 26) were closed without any technician visit. No resolution even after 2 months.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been many days since I raised a complaint about network coverage issues in my area. I was assured it’s ‘under progress’ with regular updates, but there’s been no improvement and no updates at all. Really disappointed with the service.

    @Airtel_Presence An Airtel representative misled me by providing false information in order to meet their personal sales targets. This is highly unethical. I hope Airtel India takes strict action against this salesperson so that no other customer falls victim to such deception. @airtelindia
