@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia one of the worst service I have seen from the day one of my airtel black connection..sales executive cheated me and the complainant is pending for more than a month. Now broadband is not working and technicians are closing complaints without even attending the issue.
