@airtelindia for payment sms sent 1 week ago but when any technical issue121 is not working and technical support didn't know about anything. App is just devloped for pay bill not for solving technical issue online say call 121 i think after sometime thay say to drop letter.

@airtelindia in my area internet speed is very slow. I have complained 2 months ago but problem is still not resolved. Customer service is not working good ,so take action on my issue. This is not my personal problem. In my area all Customer is facing this issue.

@Airtel_Presence No use.... You guys called last night but from postpaid...And I was told I will get call from prepaid team... Don't forget prepaid means "paying you first" .... This is absolute bullshit that I have to go back to the store!!!!! It's been 21 hours now without service @airtelindia
