@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia Airtel! Since 1st june my data is not working. It's 5th june today(ending). No update. No solution. You respond to send you DMs. But you do not bother to open them. Such a disappointing experience. Definitely not great customer care service.

I've been using @airtelindia sim in London from past 6 months and now it stopped working suddenly. I've been following up for 2-3 weeks but got no update yet. I've tried everything suggested by @Airtel_Presence but it didn't help. Please advise!
