  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my brother is in a different country and his sim, belonging to the Delhi circle has been damaged on its own. None of our family/friends are in the capital to do the KYC on his behalf to enable us to send him the sim. I’m at Mumbai circle but no help.

  Hey @airtelindia my father visited today at your Airtel Store for a new duplicate sim card. At first they said you will have to show the original Adhaar Card for it we will not treat adhaar copy on mobile and after that they said they don't have a sim card today.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence had placed a service request to install fibre in my apartment . The executive was hell bent on getting my personal number instead of talking to me on the official airtel line . On hearing rejection , he just ended up not coming at all. Pls help

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Shame on you guys from last few months I was lot of problems such as call drop, low speed net... Just surviving with my friends Jio 5g wifi.. better to port my sim to JIO.. they are providing much more better service..
