Dear @airtelindia please dont forget to extend your data validity for 48 hours as data service was not there. I have paid the full amount. Receive the expenditure of extra days from govt or wherever you wish.But I should get service of my full paid amount as promised by you.

Dear @airtelindia I’m your customer since 2008 and this time I’m having worst experience related to network. I’m in Shimoga town, Karnataka and in city centre there is no voice clarity and no 4G coverage. Data speed is worst then 2G speed. Look into this matter please.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My mobile number is +919944912665 I recharged with Rs.20 but still couldn't make any outgoing calls. I have been asked to recharge with some unlimited packs to make outgoing calls. I don't want to go for unlimited packs. Please help

@airtelindia is abysmal in my area. I've raised several requests to get the issue fixed but they close the requests after marking it solved while not improving anything at all. Terrible network, terrible service! Thinking of getting to @ViCustomerCare when the plan expires

@airtelindia @jdnats Airtel trying to conduct 5g test but actually this will help to increase 2g or 3g connective. Airtel will provide good/normal 4g speed when 7g or 8g services will be available. Customer jaaye jahanuum mein

Registered for Xstream fibre service and made payment, money got deducted from my bank account but did not receive any confirmation from @airtelindia. It's been 2 days since money got deducted, called customer care team, mailed them, still no one resolving the issue.

This trend must not be encouraged and should be attested at the earliest. The customer ends up paying for what he already has at his home lying around unused adding up to the E-waste. Focus should be on sustainable development and not just business. @airtelindia @VittalGopal 4/4
