    Dear @airtelindia please dont forget to extend your data validity for 48 hours as data service was not there. I have paid the full amount. Receive the expenditure of extra days from govt or wherever you wish.But I should get service of my full paid amount as promised by you.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews With the new Era of SCIENCE U r going 2 launch 5G,WOW(It must be name of 5G)!U will charge 5G tarrif but surely provide 3G SERVICE l'm saying like that,as now we r in 4G netwrk and still Buffering happened,Do something or Visit my area.

    Really disappointed with the naive and irresponsible attitude of Senior Customer Care Executives of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, who lack professional knowledge and are unable to provide solutions a Customer’s problem. Moreover, they refused to register a Complaint.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service of Airtel. Visited 02 stores since morning for configuring eSim from old hansetvto new one. None of the customer support personnel were aquainted with the correct procedure. Gave misleading logics for their ignorance.
