So the solution to poor network and call quality is apparently to pay more?

Raised multiple complaints (Ticket: [311000015886132]), but no solution yet! Pathetic service. Fix this immediately or I will escalate to TRAI and cancel the service.

Your sales rep booked the WRONG plan, then asked me to call customer care to cancel it. I was promised a callback within 4 hours. It’s now been 24+ hours with no call.
