Dear @airtelindia please dont forget to extend your data validity for 48 hours as data service was not there. I have paid the full amount. Receive the expenditure of extra days from govt or wherever you wish.But I should get service of my full paid amount as promised by you.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews With the new Era of SCIENCE U r going 2 launch 5G,WOW(It must be name of 5G)!U will charge 5G tarrif but surely provide 3G SERVICE l'm saying like that,as now we r in 4G netwrk and still Buffering happened,Do something or Visit my area.

Never faced such poor service with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever we customers face issues, Airtel atleast gives a positive response and get the issue resolved within tat. Airtel keeps cust informed if tat increases due to unforeseen things. @JioCare pls improve

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence shocked & surprised. i requested airtel customer care to not 2 disconnect my broadband connection as i want to contiune still airtel disconnect my connection and now telling me to give docs afresh and wait for 3 days. inefficient people ruin the org.

@airtelindia @AirtelBlack this is very disappointing to see tele call on landline numbers, pathetic customer service , landline numbers are very personal and being a service provider you should respect our privacy, instead your people are harassing on calls and selling plans
