@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews With the new Era of SCIENCE U r going 2 launch 5G,WOW(It must be name of 5G)!U will charge 5G tarrif but surely provide 3G SERVICE l'm saying like that,as now we r in 4G netwrk and still Buffering happened,Do something or Visit my area.

@FullTosss @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Alright solved the issue. Go to the Airtel store , they might have to change ur post paid plan for it to work. They changed mine and wallah it magically started working and they did acknowledge that it was their side issue. It’s not apples issue.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just observed Airtel blocking my 4g network on my new device and downgraded to 2g network to buy new sim. Have checked other Airtel sim in my new mobile all are working and showing LTE network.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your services are worst. I raised issue in morning and created a ticket. In evening you fixed issue for sometime then again in night I am not getting internet on my Airtel Xtreme fiber broadband connection. Charging heavy for pathetic services.

Airtel's 5G rollout is very slow. Jio's expansion is better than Airtel, Jio is expanding its 5G service very fast even with standalone network but at the same place Airtel is very slow even with non-standalone networks. Airtel's 5G hasn't come to Kolkata yet.@airtelindia
