    @airtelindia facing network issues since last few days. Each outgoing call requires minimum 5 times dialing before I hear the ring. Initially I just get a popup msg saying server unavailable. Pls help asap! Missing out imp incoming calls!

How am I going to get my problem addressed. You are making it extremely annoying for the customer to resolve their problems. Resolve my issue.

    Limited network coverage in some part of my house is understandable.. Wifi calling would have helped but no ETA from @VodafoneIN even after 3 months 15 years with Orange/Hutch/Vodafone and now forced to Port to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Regarding complaint number 10061415849, had this connection for a long time however I can see that Airtel completely failed to handle and resolve on time. Seriously considering switching to another connection in any case where Airtel is pretty expensive.

    No resolution by @airtelindia. There's a surcharge of 20% if the bill payment gets delayed No compensation if services don't resume for weeks. Was in middle of meeting when internet got disconnected couldn't complete work while WFH. Still they're saying for next 48 hours
