I have raised a request to port my mother's mobile number to Airtel. A rep from Airtel visited gave an Airtel sim card took Rs.579 and didn't initiate port request. We are trying to call him but he is not picking up. Can I get help on same? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia What a pathetic service by airtel broadband. You guys take minimum 24 hrs to resolve the complaint. This is the case with Mumbai. God knows how do you provide services in remote areas. Have faced 10 to 12 instances when broadband was down in last 5 months.

Sad that it has come to this. I have to again take to twitter to get @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to take some action. I have been abroad for 2 days, paid for an expensive roaming pack, but unable to use it. Airtel Customer service has just been giving me useless responses.
