@airtelindia visited Kharghar sector 4 gallery to get an esim. The agent left the desk without attending my case and only one associate left saying she doesn’t know how to support. Called customer service but got pathetic response. What a pathetic service. Please address.

@airtelindia What a pathetic service by airtel broadband. You guys take minimum 24 hrs to resolve the complaint. This is the case with Mumbai. God knows how do you provide services in remote areas. Have faced 10 to 12 instances when broadband was down in last 5 months.

@airtelindia last couple of weeks it’s been horrible network experience. Cross connections in 1 out of 3 calls. Worst signal coverage. Airtel May now qualify as worst networks operator …. Sad it’s not getting addressed

@airtelindia hi, i have two post paid and while making bill payment i can see Rs 6 and Rs 5 biller extra in both numbers as international SMS charges. Not sure it is mistake or intentional as no such sms sent by me in both numbers. Help me with log of these SMS done by me.

Dear @airtelindia I’m chasing down you guys to get the installation of Airtel Extreme Fiber at my office, yous employee came and took the money worth 3 months’s rent on 24th Feb n ensured installation in 24hrs but since then nothing has happened and I’m waiting n chasing you guys
