@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since Today Morning I've face lots of network issues like while on a call the call goes blank the voice calling party is abruptly goes away or vanishes.... Out of 10 calls it has happened in all the 8 calls ....

@airtelindia @TRAI now I spoke to one of your customer care executive named drishti, who told me to downgrade my plan of switch to prepaid facility, but they can't provide me the promised plan. Interesting part is if I switch or downgrade my plan the 120 GB data will be lapse

My 1st SIM in india was Hutch in 2003 which was later converted to Vodafone & finally to Vodafone Idea. The signal for both calls & data at my location is pathetic & in spite of repeated complaints nothing has been done. I’m finally moving to @airtelindia. Goodbye @ViCustomerCare
