    @airtelindia My only expectation is that I am paying my bills regularly, so I should not face any issue. If it is not possible for you to provide proper network then let me, so as to take appropriate action. It's your network not mine, don't you know where are the issues.

    @airtelindia i go through the process of converting my pre-paid number to postpaid & have to say u have a worst sim activation service. It to almost one hour to complete verification and still conversion is not done. Pathetic

    4/4 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if u dont give an option to raise complaint then ofcrs there will be no complaint in ur system.i know how this work, u have already reduced ur call center workforce nd placed boat for that.but having an platinum plan i am not getting preferred
