Hey @airtelindia. I have recharged data pack for 8130752564 almost 4 hours ago. Its not activated yet and call center just gave generic steps which did not resolve issue. Now your ivr is not even allowing me to connect to support saying max tries done! Pathetic customer support!

@airtelindia My father has been trying to get a sim replaced since last week and Airtel staff at Lakhimpur Kheri are not even helping properly. He has almost visited 5 times for a normal sim replacement and the card is not yet activated. Its absolutely a customer harassment .
