@airtelindia is far better then your service just on phone call and they are on your doorstep. I think i made 7 calls at your care number zero knowledge they have and 6 calls to local operator he just didn't want attend any call. What to do now.

@airtelindia visited Airtel store just to replace a damaged sim. After activation got to know that new sim is with some different number and us registered as lost sim. Too much negligence on critical issues.

Extremely poor policies by @airtelindia . I went to the @airtelindia gallery to update my email ID against the mobile number. I was told over there that inoreder to do so,I have to convert my pre-paid sim to Post paid Sim. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. #Airtel
