@airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

While selling the plan, I was informed of the benefits of Airtel Black. They never told me the downside of Airtel is horrendous customer service. Airtel Black doesn't seem to be a priority for you folks. .@airtelindia.
