    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised multiple tickets through app and all have been closed without a solution and resolution notes. Terrible service. Your cc executive are trained only to say that the issue will be resolved. But there’s no ground work done

    @airtelindia @TRAI Some time my airtel is not working. Sometime when I make a call to someone, it is connected to another number. Butt does not seem to be from Airtel number.

    Very unprofessional and disappointing behavior by @airtelindia broadband team. They called me various times for their broadband service. I was promised that installation would be done by today, so I paid ₹3560/ but unfortunately they neither installed and nor picking up calls.
