    Hello @airtelindia, My current pack was about to expire, so I recharged with the ₹349 plan which includes 2GB/day data. Even after the recharge was successful, it is still showing “2GB over” and my internet is not working properly. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia A customer has been following up for an issue for 4 days, waiting for the engineer the whole day. The guy didn't switch on the phone for entire day. Guys from your team says "outside my working hour" to a customer who took a day off for shifting wifi. U begged for one last chance

    @airtelindia Since upgrading to the Airtel Extender Black Box, internet quality has been very poor. Messages take2–3 seconds, websites dont load properly. Support only suggests switching WiFi on/off every 48 hours, but the issue remains. Didn’t expect this in Gurugram.Please help

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4) Now I am calling him and putting messages but he is not picking the call and not replying to messages as well. I am feeling very disappointed and cheated by his overall behaviour. Need urgent attention and resolution on this. This is impacting the goodwill of Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence Again 17 hrs running and no wifi services. No services no response also. Looks like regular issue . No responsibility in services but no mistake in billing ? Why can't I get refund for this ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Sir, I am sorry but your Airtel company is absolutely cheap and useless. When even after recharging Rs 349 you cannot provide proper 4G network then what is the use of your company, this is what the care people say.
