    @airtelindia so called customer specialist asked me to visit Airtel store to resolve issue regarding outgoing calls barred. After 18hrs they gave me this solution when everyone else is requesting to #StayHomeStaySafe @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Dear airtel please provide strong network in our area.. Due to this pandemic situation we students are facing a lot of problem in our study.. After some days we are going to have exams in virtual mode.. Due to network problem we can't able to give exams.

    Broadband assurance from airtel is not met. 24*7 assured speed. This assurance is not met and if network outage no proper communication and faced high issues due to call drop yesterday. Worst part is even 121 customer care also not aware of the issue. @airtelindia

    Worst service by @airtelindia for the broadband As per plan and salesman commitment I bought 100 mbps plan But to my surprise when technician installed he said it will be 40mbps only and that moment onwards salesperson is not answering to call ot text @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence sir I want to tell you that my airtel network is very poor and I face many problems during online studies and in my online gamings. Please fix this problem,otherwise I have to change or port my sim to other network provider. The internet is very poor
