  @inves4_com @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have BSNL Broadband, the other day net was. On calling the support, the agent said issue will be resolved within 24hrs. Actual issue resolution in less than 4 hrs. Was pleasantly surprised and also rarely faced outages

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Despite of putting multiple service requests for better network/call coverage this has not been seen properly. Everytime it happens you create a ticket and close it without any proper resolution.till 6 month @consumerforum_ #NoBrand #badexperience
