Jio called me almost forcing me to not cancel saying there’s no guarantee that if you switch to Airtel network will be better than Jio.

Vikrant Sharma (@Vik69G) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been over a week since my parents' fiber connection went down. Wire was cut, the technician came after 3 days, fixed the wire but not the internet, and promised to return and never did. Stopped picking calls. Then customer care promised a fix in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. I live outside India. This connection is how I talk to my parents. A week of silence because nobody at Airtel closes what they open. Fix it by tomorrow or I am cancelling and moving to another provider.
