    @airtelindia Payment of Rs.1501/- taken but still not get connection for last 2 weeks. Pathetic service from Airtel. I want my refund & also discontinue my rest of the mobile connect & DTH connection too. Trust has been ended from airtel services. My mobile number is 9815754710.

    Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews you guys claim to be customer supportive. But none of you customer care number actually works 121 and 198 both are saying not valid number when I am calling from my Airtel number. Worst customer service . Will ports soon.

    With utter frustration & disappointment just wanted to let every1 knw abt @airtelindia for the worst customer service experience. A broadband connection is sold to me with a false promise of 2 hour resolution. Its been more than 48hrs but no resolution from u. @Airtel_Presence
