  3/3 @airtelindia 4. I recently changed my SIM card just one week ago, and I have also changed the SIM slot, but the issue remains the same. Bcz this is @airtelindia 5. Even contacting customer =frustrating experience, long waiting times and no satisfactory resolution.

  Requesting users to not to pursuive further more with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence as they wont fix the issues at their end if anything breaks/broken. Simply they suggest to visit nearest store / wait for their long process / long waiting time

  @JioCare @airtelindia shouldn’t company reimburse money if they fall to provide network? Keeping numbers just to get otp while calling and internet are entirely dependent on wifi ? Why not just give a long time validity plans when companies can’t give you services they take money for.

  @airtelindia Airtel should have the courtesy to inform customers through an SMS or notification about the issue, expected downtime, and restoration status. This simple communication would help customers plan their work and avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Happy RakshanBandhan!

  @airtelindia I am moving permanently and need to disconnect my Wi-Fi connection at the end of this month. However, there is no option in the Airtel Thanks app to request disconnection. Please help me raise the disconnection request and confirm the process. #Airtel #AirtelIndia

  @airtelindia just had the worst customer care call of my life For my ‘unlimited’ plan my data has stopped working and the reason given by the very rude customer care member was that my unlimited data is limited . How is that fair I was not informed earlier

  @airtelindia dear service provider in uttar Pradesh chhibramau city we all facing problem last 14 hours of network.... Plz do help we have no network in all city.... Without network we are not able to connect call to anywhere last 14 hours...
