    @airtelindia - Raised Wifi Shifting request on 22 Aug. Estimated time for resolution given by Airtel was 27 Aug. Didn't happen. Despite multiple calls to customer care (each call over 10 mins). Frustrated Customer ! Requested for Wifi Cancellation on 28 Aug. Still didn't happen!

    Jalu Ram (@JaluRamMatoria) reported

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress I faced constant drops, so I raised a disconnection request. Your team begged for a "last chance" to fix it, sent technicians, and claimed it was resolved. A week later, you silently suspended my service based on the old request—zero intimation!

    Hey @airtelindia how many decades you guys need to resolve interenet issue. Raising multiple requests are merely useless.

    @airtelindia Full 5G signal but barely 4–5 Mbps speed, constant buffering, and even 4G is unusable. Multiple complaints, zero resolution. I’ve already paid for a 1-year recharge. How long am I supposed to keep paying for a service that doesn’t work? #Airtel

    @airtelindia @airtelnews every second day, there’s a WiFi network outage with no resolution timeline. How do you incentivise customer of your shortcomings and failure to provide services, when a day’s delay in bill payment is penalised. @DoT_India

    @airtelindia provide one clear written resolution. #Airtel #AirtelIndia #ConsumerRights

    Airtel network has become pathetic, especially for postpaid users. No proper internet for days, yet the bills arrive perfectly on time. 🤡 Customer service is equally useless—no resolution, only frustration. What exactly are we paying for, @airtelindia? @Airtel_Presence

  • sagar1596
    sagar bhat (@sagar1596) reported

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is the kind of service you guys give to customers having your number 10-15 + years . I can imagine the service to new customers after they first take your sim

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Did you think about addressing this issue?

    @airtelindia it's time to switch back to my Previous Operator as I am Really Disappointed with your False Plan Details In 349 or 399 customer should get unlimited 5G but why it's not mentioned on plan details that there is 300 GB Data Usage Capping? (Speed will be 64kbps)
