@airtelindia Team, recently I have ported from VI to Airtel. But i am not having good experience about your network. In between of use, complete Data connectivity cuts off & sometime it automatically change its connectivity from 4G to lower one.

Hi @airtelindia I upgraded for higher plan 200 Mbps monthly change on 10 Dec 2021. Its been 2 days and numerous calls to customer support, but my plan change is still in progress. I am still getting the old plan. Please resolve this ASAP else I would be forced to switch out.

They claim to be india’s best network. After the recent rate hikes in their plans not only internet but also calling network has stopped working. I have only 1 line for @airtelindia the worst it was the worst it is and the worst it will always be.

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , Specific apps not working since yesterday on Airtel 4G in Mumbai. Some apps not working are Twitter, Airtel app, google while some of the others are working fine.kindly help

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been tweeting and emailing but no response. I am on international roaming but no network. I face this issue regularly. Worst service. @TRAI they don't care about customer service just increase the prices and keep looting the customer.
