@airtelindia My 12-year-old Airtel SIM stopped working out of the blue, complaining about "no service," so I went to the Airtel store to get help. Later, I knew that I needed to get a duplicate SIM, but the staff there now claims that it was issued under a different customer ID

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence neither your Thanks app nor your customer support is capable to address simplest of issues like changing a Wi-Fi password. Saying #5Gplus ready doesn't make you the best. Customer Service matters too.

@ACTFibernet - ridiculous. Your network has been down in Whitefield Bangalore since 11 pm yesterday. I get a message saying you will resolve by tomorrow morning. Horrible experience. Time we replace ACT with @airtelindia or @reliancejio

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, I am trying to do MNP to your network. But unable to finish the digital KYC as I am unable to take the Live Photo due to eye issues. Is there any other way as retailer is saying it is not possible without the Live Photo which is auto taken?
