What happened with @airtelindia service??? You guys are dumb a what.. how many times need to complaint about network service... And second thing you guys sell so much high plan for prepaid... If i am not getting proper network after paying 319 plan. then get some other job...

@TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio Dont you think there should be a mechanism to penalisethe ISPs in favour of customer if the promised speed isnt provided. The customer is always billed fully for the month without getting compensated for downtimes and low speeds
