Earlier, I was using a WiFi extender/router along with your broadband connection without any issues. Recently, during a complaint visit, your technician informed me that the usage of WiFi extenders has been technically restricted or blocked from the backend team side. I humbly request Airtel authorities to kindly allow the usage of WiFi extender/router so that I can access uninterrupted broadband connectivity throughout my premises. The extender is essential for proper signal coverage and smooth internet usage. If the restriction continues, I may be forced to cancel the existing broadband connection and shift to another broadband service provider who permits such usage. Twice or thrice in month, Internet definitely goes down. Today, since morning it fluctuate up/down 10 times. I cannot afford internet down on weekdays.
