  @airtelindia Very frustrating customer service 1. Ported phone from vodafone to Airtel 2 Both parties approve & porting done 3. Vodafone show pending amount after 2 months! 4. There is no way to pay for inactive no 5. Struggle for 1 week to find method of paying an old no 6. Done & Vodafone confirmed lifting lock 7. No still not active after 1 week 8. Online overseas call said go to store after 15 of charging international call😳 9.   @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel folks, still at it, continuously, asking me to pay for the wifi I had disconnected in Jan 2026. **** Service. They have stopped replying as well.

  Airtel has completely shattered my trust. I paid in advance for a new Wi-Fi connection, and within just 4 days the service stopped working. A brand-new connection should not fail so quickly. Despite raising complaints, the issue remains unresolved. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @PMOIndia I supposed airtel is bigger brand in india as a internet service provider but wifi is constantly not working and neither your customer care experts are their to pick up calls . No one is responding .
