    @airtelindia I have changed my plan in June and also got the confirmation via SMS but still I am getting bill as per previous plan. Worst part is your helpline number and chatbot , where you share info as per your convenience and not transferring the call to agent, #WorstService

    @airtelindia my WiFi has stopped working for the past two days. I have contacted your customer care executives at least half a dozen times, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved... please fix ASAP

    @airtelindia Internet is down since 24 hours. Complaint filed, got the message that the internet will be restored in another 24 hours. That means 48 hours without internet. The engineer alloted for the repair says he does not work for Airtel anymore. Airtel is now going down.

    @airtelindia I’m currently using Airtel Xstream Fiber with DTH bundled with my broadband plan. I don’t need the DTH service and want to continue with broadband/Wi-Fi only.

    Hi @airtelindia I am trying to report an issue I am facing since deactivation of voicemail svc. Your executives and supervisors are acknowledging there is an issue but say they cannot raise a complaint. Do you want me to port 6 mobile and 1 brosdband connection to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia is a the biggest cheats you can ever find. They only give you 100 mins talk time on recharge of international roaming pack, and no other options to top up minutes. None of their packs give additional 200 minutes or something which I can recharge. Support is awful.

    @airtelindia your customer care executive are lazy ******* . I want temporary block my family number due to phone stolen and he was asking stupid question. Please call me right now and check your DM @Airtel_Presence
