  @airtelindia @DoT_India @JM_Scindia Airtel internet service is not working from last one week, raised ticket but ticket getting closed without resolution? If services are not working then increase validity for that duration.

  @airtelindia service total failure. Wifi order placed and payment made on 4th July still no installation done. Agent daily reponds today it will be done. Left frustrated. Just cancel my order and refund my money. No other way left to cancel order as app directs to chatbot.

  Airtel is giving worst service. Not only in case of internet but in calling also. The customer care at 198 and representatives at customer service are good for nothing. Grow up. First improve your basic 4G network then go for 5g, 6G, 7G,....... @airtelindia
