@airtelindia I have never seen such unprofessionalism as you all. I have taken the fibre connection on 4th and made the payment on a same time. After completing all the formalities from my end, i have to fetch them from last 2 days. You guys really only make fool to your customer

@airtelindia I have called your BPO guys too, they were also not helpful. I believe you guys are just wasting your money by giving them salary. Rubbish serives zero customer satisfaction I will nvr ever refer your services to anyone, nor i'll take a chance in future mark my words

@airtelindia provides support only for 5 days a week(Mon-Friday), Saturday, Sunday is holiday. Informed by technician and Airtel store. Go for ISP that has 7 days a week support.

@airtelindia i couldn't use internet service from 4th of December. I have complained about this to Airtel customer service. They gave me time line upto 6 jan 2021. So it means i can't use Internet service upto these time line. This is airtel. Zero complaints.
