  @Airtel_Presence Hello @airtelindia Would you give me some time if I couldn’t pay your bill on time? No, right? So if I’m paying ₹1100 every month, then I deserve good service as well. In villages, there’s hardly any network for internet. Even downloading a small 2–3 MB video takes 10–15 minutes

  @airtelindia I am absolutely horrified at lack of intent from your teams I have raised multiple requests and no one seems to be bothered. Mobile network is horribly bad. My request for IP TV for my 2nd tv has no update. Your execs have no clue about your products and services.

  @airtelindia Broadband still NOT working even after promised resolution time (2:30 PM). You mentioned mass outage but also said others nearby are working. No update, no fix. This is unacceptable. Need immediate resolution + compensation.

  @Airtel wifi down for 4 days. Repeatedly told “4-24 hrs resolution” but no action. Assigned technicians (Brahamand & Nagendra) not responding after first call despite multiple attempts. Fix this immediately or process a refund so I can switch. Unacceptable service. @airtelindia
