    2/4 The problem is that this separate 5G FUP cycle is not clearly shown by @airtelindia to customers. We can see recharge validity, but not the 5G cycle start date, end date, or next reset date.

    Talk about a great first impression! 🙃 Tried porting my number to @airtelindia postpaid, and was promised SIM delivery today. Spoiler: No one came. If this is how you treat potential new customers, I dread to think what happens after joining. @Airtel_Presence fix this.
