    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @Airtel_Presence Airtel customer care executive told me that. its my mistake that they didn't add the number (and hence I have to pay extra). This is insane. In any other country, an executive would have lost the job for this behaviour

    Worst customer support @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence dont buy any connection in Airtel. They simply doing blah blah things while buying. After that they didn’t listen or spoke to you as I faced many. Almost 6pm this is. Resolution by 6 pm as they mention Request id: 655507580

    @airtelindia no end of my problem. Conn not installed. Air Fiber and Fiber conn shifting both are pending. My daughter’s preparations for competitive exams are badly affected. Your field staff are jot responding. Btw how many days u take for conn provision??

    I contrast this to the superb services from @airtelindia whose customer I have been for 20 years. I paid their bills forward about the same time, and their service was seamless and first rate. Hon @JM_Scindia Please ascertain that BSNL gets its act together. This is a repeat! 🙏🏻
