You are closing the ticket without even visiting or even a call from your engineer. Every time, I have to call the helpdesk and reopen.

PushkraprabhatSAXENA (@pushkarprabhat) reported@airtelindia, service gets disrupted. It's more than 36 hours nobody responds. Nobody listens. The call center executive deflects issue and insists on stories to continue with subscription. The problem is that I have a open request which they can't close, even I can't close.

Someone contacted me 10 days ago, but since then there's been no response. Does Airtel no longer want new customers? Very disappointing. @Airtel_Presence

Cyber Newsman (@cyberNewsman24) reported@VenkatdineshV @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia That's why these Baniyas can only and only run businesses in India. Why? Well because they offer 2G disguised as 4G. And most of the times, the network remains down during power outages. They do not have a backup for their mobile towers anymore. Thanks #SunilMittal #Airtel
