    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I paid 5k in Feb for 3 months. I was told bills get adjusted when converted to Airtel 1. Still I have been charged 2k in March and 1.7k for April. What happened to my adv. payment of 5.3k? When questioned, CC says portal is down. :(

    @airtelindia Tweeting since afternoon but my issue remains unresolved. Your engineers are not even picking my calls. What sort of unprofessional behaviour is this man. You talk about increasing ARPU with this kinda customer service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia just now i did a recharge via Amazon mobile app on my mobile no 8976889500 of rs 48 (3gb data plan of 28 days) but due to some technical issue my plan has not got activated as yet. Kindly plz check the issue or reach out to me ASAP. Thankyou

    @airtelindia I have made payment for new connection in afternoon, but I did not receive the GST receipt for the same. One of customer executive was talking rudely when asked about it. Can you check asap. #Airtel #Broadband

    @airtelindia Your official email id is not working from last 10 days. I want to deactivate my postpaid broadband from past 10 days ,but not able to do so.there is no options available in the airtel thanks app. Why you are behaving like a fraud. Do the needful.@airtelnews

    @airtelindia worst experience my number is airtel postpaid mera plan change nahi kar rahe hai 48 hrs ho gaye ki 20-25 baar complaint kari baar. - baar close ho jati hai koii mat lo airtel sim avoiding airtel company

    @airtelindia Paid advance BB bill for 3 months in Feb, 21. Then I converted into Airtel one plan. I have now been charged 2k in March 21 and 1.7k in April 21. When I called customer care for bill clarity, I have been told that portal is not working since morning. Seriously?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thank you for taking 1 month and 10 days and still not fixing my issue. I am done with paying a premium for bad service and sh*t customer service. I wish to close my services, please help me with that. I hope you don't take a month more for closing.
