Super Disappointed by wifi services from @airtelindia. Already logged complaint two times, but in vain. Engineer was supposed to visit today but got rescheduled without any confirmation to 11-May. My work is getting hampered due to this.

@airtelindia been over 10 days since we requested moving connection to our new office in WTT, Noida. Your technical staff came over earlier in week & said we'll have to get the fiber laid by us. @OnSpectra & Ultranet did it themselves, didn't expect poor service from #Airtel

@airtelindia Airtel broadband services are down in my area UP East Prayagraj since 11 in the morning. No update till now and neither the services resumed! Services are degrading hence subscribers are reducing!!

@airtelindia been to you jalandhar office to update my email id on my prepaid connection so i can apply for ESIM, they said we can’t do it, they also said you have to join post paid connection to do it, otherwise there is no way to do, hats off to your **** service😡
