    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Trying to get my WiFi issue resolved for more than a month, with multiple tickets. Latest ticket is 1103449915. You are closing the ticket without even visiting or even a call from your engineer. Every time, I have to call the helpdesk and reopen.

    @airtelindia, service gets disrupted. It's more than 36 hours nobody responds. Nobody listens. The call center executive deflects issue and insists on stories to continue with subscription. The problem is that I have a open request which they can't close, even I can't close.

    Such a miserable service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they tell me they’ll give me callback in 4 hours but never call, this is 3rd time in a week btw, my tickets are automatically closed, no acknowledgment of callback,I think I’ll switch to @JioCare

    Dear @airtelindia we need corporate postpaid numbers. I contacted Airtel Customer Care, and they arranged a callback. Someone contacted me 10 days ago, but since then there's been no response. Does Airtel no longer want new customers? Very disappointing. @Airtel_Presence

    @manishkyadav02 @airtelindia @Airtel_Services Airtel unlimited 5G is a scam. I recharged for Rs 649 on July 5th and the unlimited 5G is not working for the last three days. I am not getting any help from customer support also.

    @airtelindia i am trying to cancel my perplexity pro subscription but cant find any way to cancel it tried reaching out to executive but no option is there everything their it bot from chat to call what kind of behavior is this

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Every time, I get a message that says, "Reply 1 if resolved or 2 if the issue persists". But the sender (ARWIFI-S) doesn't have a phone number associated with it, so iPhone doesn't show an option to reply.

    @VenkatdineshV @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia That's why these Baniyas can only and only run businesses in India. Why? Well because they offer 2G disguised as 4G. And most of the times, the network remains down during power outages. They do not have a backup for their mobile towers anymore. Thanks #SunilMittal #Airtel
