  @airtelindia my sms service not working since esim upgrade and its been 32 hours. Customer care doesn't respond. Ivr transfers paid calls to kannada speaking executive. They dont transfer call to hindi or english. Call keeps getting charged. Pure harrassment and earning money too

  Had to visit the Airtel Store several times for this nonsense and again the Airtel store guy is asking to visit the store. This should be completed before my Ladakh trip on 15th June. I think it's time to move back to Jio postpaid from this **** @airtelindia

  @airtelindia I have my Airtel SIM now in Canada. Inspite of NO ROAMING , I still am billed for it . STRANGE ! And secondly, it shows SOS on the top in the iPhone. 7222991024. You guys just say " looking into it and dont give a damn."

  @ravisha92389639 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same experience here.On pretext of immediate connection they are fooling customer to make payment and will follow every minutes.Once done they will stop responding.Its like scamster,least expected from Brand Airtel
