    @airtelindia is a fraud company. Firstly they have poor broadband services and charge you exorbitantly for it. When you disconnect and move to the competition they don't refund the remaining amount. In my case, it is ₹245 @TRAI #consumerprotection

    Frustrated with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they are at all giving option to talk to customer care representative. People are trying to call and they're not able to connect.

    @airtelindia followed your process to convert normal sim to eSIM 2 times. Got the messages but didn’t get the confirmation call. Each time my request rejected. Reason - not recd. confirmation. But never recd. the call for confirmation. Strange!!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after multiple complaints via call and Airtel App, the network issue, frequent call cutting, negligible 4G coverage the issue still not resolved. Mind you this is nearby BMSIT college in Yelahanka, Bangalore and not any god forbidden jungle.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel This is the customer support number of Axis Bank: 18604195555. My Airtel pack is still in use. But when I called on this number it is telling me that I have insufficient balance. Why do I have to pay extra?
