@airtelindia I have opted for 1GBPS airtel xstream 3 days back and waiting for the router to get installed but it's been 3 days and no one is resolving my issue. I am getting the feedback that airtel is not having a 1gbps router.

I don't know how many times I have to complain about Airtel Fiber.. Its been more than 24hrs my connection has disconnected.. @airtelindia assigned an engineer and they said the fault is outside somewhere else and will fix it.

A friend suddenly lost connection on their @airtelindia sim card today, tried a dozen things and nothing works. Worse: airtel app and customer care number has no way of talking to a human. 'Wait 8 working days' it says, for a super-urgent problem of total connectivity loss.
