    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been over 24 hours, and we still have no reliable update. Tweet 2 This level of service is completely unacceptable. Many of us are working from home, especially during the ongoing heavy rains, and a reliable internet connection is a basic necessity and not a luxury. (2/3)

    @airtelindia - Why advertise services that you cannot deliver on? Two weeks since I requested & paid for an IP TV installation. 7-8 calls with 121, including supervisors and escalations. No one has a clue. I think your customer service has become a joke. No resolution yet! Why?

    @airtelindia Tryin2 get a duplicate Corp. Sim which is the prima no. Sms is to same no. Still no resolution No t no. for airtel business. Wht kind of service are you running?
