    I guess this was just a temporary fix @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence? Just got another call from 9821558004 enquiring if I need a DTH connection. Please let me know if you are not interested in resolving this problem. Prefer to get that in writing.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer service is a waste of your resources. Trying to connect from a long time still unable to connect. And if got connected then your support staff behave like they can't do anything. @JioCare

    @airtelindia Very poor experience with u airtel my number is 8860028870 i want change my number physical sim to esim.but when i am going to airtel store manager said me please call 121 or 198 for update your email id.and then i am call no any option to talk with customer officer

    customer care centre says u have to again recharge and the main balance cannot be used to extend validity for incoming calls. why? why this stupid changes? plz revert back to old procedure thanks @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Everything is not normal at all today. Broadband services play hide & seek. Interconnectivity in voice calling is absolutely bad, rather nil...?? Plz arrange a service engineer to sort out the issues of concern...

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank Made the payment of my airtel Broadband on 6 feb using Airtel upi ID successfully, but i didn't receive any receipt of the bill and after many customer complaints it still hasn't been resolved & the internet service has been down now.
