  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been nearly 2 yrs since I complained about the pathetic airtel mobile network in T Narasipura. I keep getting msg saying that u have setup a new tower & so on, but it's getting very irritating day by day. Thinking of porting it to some other n/w

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Initially network was very poor here. Now also, it's very much fluctuating, but main prob now is my data is getting exhausted very soon even with no activity at all. By 1 pm, 1 GB data is over already. U guys are cheating us big time !!!

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI 2/4 Every time you just give a complaint number and a new resolution date. But the actual problem is still the same. Nothing is improved. Now Airtel is talking about 5G/6G and next generation network, but in rural areas you are not even able to provide proper 4G service.

  One of worst n pathetic network of India. Complaint loged every week for the network issue. After every 3 days same repeated msg comes, your query has been resolved. Did any network engineer ever called a complainant that is network issue is same or its better? @airtelindia

  @airtelindia si sach a fraud company, 1st of all their network is terrible.nd if you accidentally use more data then they automatically slow down your internet speed. The connection isn't even stable in my area;I purchased unlimited 5G plan, yet I'm only able to use 2GB per/d.

  @airtelindia your Engineer doesn’t know the E of it and dont know how to talk to the customer The tickets are being opened and closed at their will without customer feedback and response Give me the resolution date as the issue is now 5 days old and check what the fk is going on!
