@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Initially network was very poor here. Now also, it's very much fluctuating, but main prob now is my data is getting exhausted very soon even with no activity at all. By 1 pm, 1 GB data is over already. U guys are cheating us big time !!!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been nearly 2 yrs since I complained about the pathetic airtel mobile network in T Narasipura. I keep getting msg saying that u have setup a new tower & so on, but it's getting very irritating day by day. Thinking of porting it to some other n/w

@airtelindia Before launching services like Airtel Black, you should improve your pathetic customer care service. We do not even get an option to speak with someone very easily. The IVR is simply too dumb. I am facing issues with calling numbers beginning with 97 and 98.

(2/2) whatever may be the reason,we have to avail the internet services of local service provider (for online lectures and office work) which isn't anyway near to @airtelindia level. Please 🙏 extend your reach as we are in desperate need of a good broadband internet service!

@airtelindia what hs happened to your service? Last couple of days neither able to call nor receiving any. Same wd SMS. This has stopped much of work. No msg nothing. Pl look into this at the earliest n if u are incapable of solving let me know I will port to some other operator.

@airtelindia team, I’m not able to access internet & not able to make calls from my handset. Also not able to connect your CC team. Pathetic service by airtel useless airtel thanks app. My work is stuck due to this issue. On same handset @JioCare sim works properly.
