  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Initially network was very poor here. Now also, it's very much fluctuating, but main prob now is my data is getting exhausted very soon even with no activity at all. By 1 pm, 1 GB data is over already. U guys are cheating us big time !!!

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been nearly 2 yrs since I complained about the pathetic airtel mobile network in T Narasipura. I keep getting msg saying that u have setup a new tower & so on, but it's getting very irritating day by day. Thinking of porting it to some other n/w

  @airtelindia cant believe its 2026 & u expect customers to go almost a week without Wifi in Delhi! Every day an engineer is assigned, he visits, does nothing, says it’ll be fixed the next day & then stops picking up calls. Fix this or just disconnect my connection at this point!

  @airtelindia #Airtel #CustomerSupport #CustomerRights @airtelindia This is extremely disappointing. It is unacceptable that a company of your size makes it so difficult for customers to speak with a customer care executive. Your IVR keeps customers trapped in endless automated.

  Tried porting from @airtelindia postpaid to prepaid. Only a single rep handling this at the palam colony store, so it naturally takes time, but waiting 15+ mins for nothing is frustrating. Why can’t this be done online like prepaid to postpaid? Help ASAP or I’ll just close it.

  Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream Fiber (Wi-Fi ID: 012434863237_wifi) has been down since yesterday evening because an Airtel technician cut the fiber cable. I raised a complaint immediately, but there has been no resolution. My plan validity is being wasted due to Airtel’s fault. Restore my connection immediately and compensate me by extending my plan validity.

  Gurgaon sees to be Tier 2 city with cost of Tier 1 city. @airtelindia @Airtel broadband down since morning & official response is that they will take 5-6 hours to restore. This is common occurance!

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel DTH has been down since yesterday. 4 complaints falsely closed “Customer not contactable” without a call. customer care no solution. Refused to assign another engineer, asked to wait till tomorrow. Is this Airtel’s customer service? #Airtel
