    @I_Prdp @airtelindia You are correct. Complaint raised on July 22, issue remains unresolved till July 26 (today), but they updated the complaint status as Resolved on July 22 itself. They slide into the DMs and promise callbacks which they never do. But send a message saying that they tried reaching.

    Same scenario near vasanth nagar, kphb. Raised complaint 3 times, they asked to share the location and I did. They closed the ticket after few days, saying it got resolved. Not callback to check/feedback. Pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @ramjowrites @airtelindia @airtelindia even in Kondapur same issue. Night after 9 PM and morning after 11AM no network. Not sure when activates but disconnects at 11AM.

    Dear @TRAI, I am being given the runaround by @airtelindia, which is not solving the outage in my area for the last three days. Their call center is trying to sell me new plans instead of giving any information about the problem and its resolution. Tagging @JM_Scindia now.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My new SIM stopped working within just 4 days of purchase. I have no network, and even your customer care is unreachable. This is unacceptable service for a new connection. Please resolve this issue immediately. I expect a prompt response
