    @airtelindia I recently bought the AIRTEL 999 broadband plan. It has been published in the website that they will give free Amazon prime and hotstar for an year. Till now I don’t see that in the AIRTEL thanks app. I raised 5 service request and 7 calls to the AIRTEL customer care

    @airtelindia really frustrated with disgusting services to even a postpaid customer. not able to make calls despite paying the bill 12hrs ago. Not able to even reach customer care. even that is barred. App is really pathetic with no option to even chat. Airtel may you plunder!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why are u increasing u traiff rates while the bio fules rates gone down u have raised the tariff rates .One goes down the other comes up .Think of the people’s pocket who cant afford ur rates bt still they believe jn airtel.

    Really disappointed with @airtelindia. I have recharged my no. 3 times and still my incoming and outgoing services are not yet resumed. I am unable to get in touch with customer executives due to the same reason. Worst services provider #airtelind.
