  @airtelindia @airtelnews Send an engineer, investigate the connection properly and fix the speed issue — instead of wasting my time with repeated complaints. Otherwise, I’ll simply switch to another ISP. There are plenty of options available, and I have absolutely no reason to stay with a company that -

  Over a decade I am a customer of Airtel one 10101034027491. Today I wanted to add a IPTV box but horrified with customer experience. My recordings with customer care will be a case study for @airtelindia . No resolution but created more problems for me. Thanks Mittal ji.
