    @amitbhawani @airtelindia Have seen Airtel Fiber going from best to worst in a period of 2 years, I told them about this power issue and they are like we clueless about what needs to be done and the blunt is being faced by the end consumer, struggling with constant disconnections on VPN and Zoom calls

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Request No 10028999272 Need status. Called 121 But worst response. Shifting request given but they are saying that no feasibility available. But checked by service engineer. Feasibility available for 4 connections. Worst support.

    @airtelindia i report a network issue in receiving calls and message says it will be resolved in 15 days -- is this a joke?

    I am a customer of Airtel since more than 10 years and now i have to run all over the Airtel store to reactivate my SIM for the past few days. I have no idea why it is getting rejected even after applying for the new SIM card. Dear Airtel Please fix this problem. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence I spoke to customer care and they said I have IR active and 799 IR pack active as well. I’m not getting any network in Canada. When I tried manual network selection, it couldn’t get registered to any of the available networks. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @amitbhawani @airtelindia Constant interruptions on attending Zoom/Teams calls and VPN disconnections but @airtelindia says that we won’t be able to fix this as complete fiber needs to be changed for which we need lots and lots of time, sad state of customer service.
