    @airtelindia Shame to you. I am using your services for more then 12 years, but never seen this type of unprofessional behaviour.Its been 72hours still not a single person has visited my place for broadband connection problem. Really dissponted. Planning to erase Airtel.

    Every time they lodge a complaint. and the complaints got resolved without any solution. Why not a single person able to explain why this is happening? Is Airtel doing some fraud here? Today one customer care person behaved very rudely and shouted at me. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia applied for new brodband connection they ask for OTP, i shared with the person. After 2 hours he said we can't provide connection in your location WTF is Worng He asked all my documents Have they used my documents for there incentive only lol @Airtel_Presence
