@airtelindia Dear @airtelindia very irritating to connect with your customer CARE SERVICE. Even though I've recharged my prepaid mobile before expiry You've deducted amt from my main balance for using data. It's happening for the third straight time after recharging.

@airtelindia @FASTag_NETC Totally pathetic service by airtel payments bank. There is no way to connect with them and no resolution provided by email. I had ordered my FASTag through airtel payments bank on Nov 12th, still have not received it with no updates!
