    @airtelindia your service is so pathetic, I wanted to disconnect my services and the customer care keeps on offering me to shift or to put safe custody for last 30 mins And also they need valid reason for my disconnection, what the heck?

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel its been more than 15 days since I raised the issue regarding non availability of Airtel network in Bahrain. I talked with your customer care no.of times & also msg them to resolve the issue but nothing is done. Request to resolve asap.

    @airtelindia Service Request Number 31-1000013076197. Been struggling with phone network connectivity at my Home since Feb’26. Airtel folks doesn’t seem to be bothered but. Zero accountability. Zero Assurance. Zero Empathy. Atrocious services by Airtel.

    Dear @airtelindia @airtelnews your support team sucks very badly. I have been harassed since 4 April. Everyday a 24 hour resolution time is committed and no resolution till now. I am mentally tortured by your team. No transparency and accountability at all. Shame on u guys!

    @airtelindia What's the matter with your Internet services in Goregaon East, Mumbai. It is nearing 24 hours and there has been no resolution. Feels a bunch of autobots respond to every call with the same 1 liner message, only the timing to fix being extended???
