I had a problem in network dongle, the staff made me buy a new Sim ( earning for you) ,I was told the Sim will be active in 4 hours and it's almost 40 hours and no network. The dongle was checked by the staff and Sim inserted by them. Help me!

@Airtel_Presence And change your name to Airtel Uncare. If you actually cared someone would have given my wifi connection yesterday only. It's a job at your backend and you are just sitting on it. Seriously I never hear this from Jio customers. @airtelindia
