    @airtelindia knowingly decrease / limited the internet speed and network strength of prepaid customers so as to force them to shift on airtel postpaid. Airtel postpaid customer get's better service and network than those prepaid customers.

    @airtelindia @MIB_India you are one **** of a guy with no idea of how to handle customersand then I did not get connected. what this system to harass customers? do you know how it feels when you go through IVR for 5 mins and then the call gets disconnected as no one picked call in end @airtelnews

    @airtelindia its just annoying the IVR for Airtel. I tried removing channel, the IVR went for 5 mins telling me to press 1 and 2 etc and then when I gave option of removing channel, it said to connect with customer care, why dont you do it in first place @MIB_India
