    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How many times I have to complain for the network issues? Your person who called to resolve have not even listening to the issues. Worst network provider. Feel pity while seeing the ads about best network. Shameful

    After the nightmare with Reliance Jio, I switched to @airtelindia hoping for better service. Paid ₹400 on April 27 for a new connection and since then complete silence. No installation, no response, no way to reach support. Same chaos, different provider. Completely unacceptable

    It's already been 3 days and Airtel hasn't activated the connection. The most unfortunate thing is that the team is also not picking up the call and is unable to answer on status. Such a pathetic service, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia really pathetic service, a guy comes to fix my intermittent internet connection has messed up entire connection and not even answering call now. There should be some escalation matrix to report such folks, I am a long term airtel user and really not happy 😡
