  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You need major change in you IVR for Prepaid card for 198 number. It should give options immediately instead of telling card information. In case of emergency it really consumes time unnecessarily.

  I have been struggling to get my SIM replaced for my @airtelindia mobile. I had replaced 2 times and visited the branch twice. But all in vain. Everytime they say it takes 2 or 3 hours and nothing happens. I am now outside INDIA and my SIM doesn't work @Airtel_Presence worst

  @airtelindia do not have internet connection from 21st aug. 3 complaints got resolved without reaching out to me. Getting a red light on my modem. The person to whom the complaint gets assigned says he will visit but never visits. Dsl: 075547956428_dsl

  @airtelindia Yesterday i got call from Airtel customer care and they said reacharge ur Airtel digital TV with 396 you will get 3month benefit. After recharge my tv did not start. They are making fool. Bullshit service. Dont go for Airtel. Airtel id:3010475531. Jio is best

  Highly unprofessional and disappointing service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, both at store & service end. My SIM stopped working last week & thrice visited your stores. Despite waiting for hours & wasting 50+50 Rs, both time my document was rejected (though they said it done)
