    @airtelindia can someone please share the highest point of escalation in Chennai? I have registered a complaint with Airtel 5 days back stating I have lost connectivity for my landline and broadband as a temple procession that passed by has cut off the lines.

    @airtelindia really disappointed with your Airtel secure service. I got my claim rejected today and support team is like I dont care. Giving very lame excuse for rejecting my genuine claim. I wonder if anybody is actually able to claim for the accidental damage of their device.
