    I have 54 Rs in my account which is active.yet i couldn't sent a single sms from last week.customer care executive told me that Plan changed,i have to Recharge minimum 129rs to sent a sms. they removed sms cost deduction from current balance. This is outrageous.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia I mistakenly recharged on another number,to report this I tried calling airtel customer care number 121 and 9934099340.While calling its asking for numerous options but not redirected to customer support executive.Can I have some response here to revert this recharge
