    Hi @airtelindia i am leaving your family. In my locality since last 2 months we cant use airtel 4G. And there is no solution by you. We complained many times but no solution.

    @airtelindia I ws using airtel 999+gst family plan for more than yr. But today I saw my plan was auto upgraded to 1199+gst. When I checked with Customer Care they told me I hv to pay new amt. This is not fair. How can u terminate existing customer plan & force them to use new plan.

    @airtelindia No resolution There's a surcharge of 20% if the bill payment gets delayed No compensation if services don't resume for weeks. Was in middle of meeting when internet got disconnected couldn't complete work while WFH. Still they're saying for next 48 hours

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews your network is absolutely poor in genome valley thurkapally. My exact location is IKP knowledge park. Despite the home to international companies, the Genome valley haa no Airtel signals at all Plz look in to immediately & resolve
