  @airtelindia @airtelnews What a pathetic support and appellate team you have. When raised complaint through app, It was closed. When followed up via email, the issue resolution is pending since last 1.5 months. SR created and closed at will of support team. SR#-13908963228

  @airtelindia Wifi was on safe custody since feb 2026, suddenly this month airtel charged full monthly rental. Spent more than 30 mins with your executive but no resolution. Not going to pay any amount until this issue is resolved. Pathetic technical backend & services.

  You claim everything in one app. You say 24/7 help is available, even after three days it's not possible @airtelindia In your customer care grievance PDF format,it's said call on 121 or 198. No response from that neither,after calling,number is not available.
