    Hi @airtelindia i am leaving your family. In my locality since last 2 months we cant use airtel 4G. And there is no solution by you. We complained many times but no solution.

    @airtelindia Pesent conditon of airtel is at par with BSNL.I submitted request to upgrade my xtreme fibre connection on 18 Dec2021. It is not done by Airtel till date . The customer care replies on every reminder, it will done within 48 hr. No action from airtel. Pl look into it

    @airtelindia Right now I'm in UAE I recharged with International roaming pack Amount of Rs799 I tried many way to activate it why @airtelindia is doing like that When i asked with customer care after recharge done you will get activated But still now I didn't get activation

    @airtelindia In alternative days my Airtel broadband stops working and in a week of time thrice the service man has come and rectify the problem but still issue persist.. I hope you will be able to provide permanent solution ??? And yes , I am an Airtel Black member

    @airtelindia happy Pongal team. Have a quick question. I use wifi calling as no signal available in indoor. And I think I don't use much of ur towers then why do you charge same as Airtel tower users?
