    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have airtel broadband at home. The connectivity is poor and it doesnt work atleast three days in a week. If you cant give a permanent fix please let me know so that i can change to another providers. Have complaint multiple times at local people.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if one wants new SIM it's delivered at your doorstep. And if you want to replace your SIM you need to visit the store. Existing customers are less important to telecom companies. Discrimination is what you get for being loyal customer for years

    I don't know what's wrong with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. After so many complaints on my airtel app and also after visiting the shop the network is still worse. No change in network strength. I have been to the Airtel Store for about 2 to 3 times but they also don't respond
