I sent a port out req and your customer service exec called to ask the reason. He did not listen to my reason, instead kept blabbering in a very rude voice fyi. Ugh!

Service engineer does not pick the phone. look into it or you’ll lose a valuable customer! Not to forget the are alternatives available.
