    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence airtel has to be one of the worst optic fiber internet provider it took me 1 hour just to get an answer from your executive that "everything in your area is down...and we will get back"..please try to manage your services better

    @TRAI @airtelindia why these nos are allowed to bombard with pre recorded msg for marketing without identifying themselves? When you call back it says this No has no incoming facility! Will you act only when a Judge gets harassed? paying customer has no value? +91 22-50044420

    @airtelindia Try to get a new DTH connection with Airtel Black, you will understand the pains of an existing customer. A technician came after 2 days/many calls,installed DTH HD box, then took it back stating that I need to pay more as the request he had was not "Black" #JioTV

    @airtelindia broadband stopped working on 15/02/23, contacted local vendor for help, no response. Contacted boss named Pankaj even he does not pick up the call. How can I get my broadband to work? Or should i switch to other service provider? Worst experience.
