@ViCustomerCare No one's asking you to deactivate it. But there should be an option to skip it, same as @airtelindia is doing. There's a reason you guys have been losing the market, and its not business tactics but simply customer experience.

@JioCare Dear Bhushan Ji, it's too late. I have given application for mnp to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Very long relationship ended with a Horrible Experience and it's very sad. I should file a case for compensation but I dropped the idea.
