@dnd_helper @dnd_helper : I am already using this app, and reporting these messages. After few days I receive an update from @airtelindia on SMS that the complaint is closed because message was found to be a service message. Looks like TSPs just want ESME money, by promoting SPAM.

Applied for airtel fiber on 28/08/21, got a router on 2/09/21after numerous calls. No connection, no customer care no. and the executives keep dodging my calls. Please give me a training on installing fiber connection i will do it myself i cannot keep doing this. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Are you really care of your customers your executives called me and said that I have to download remote mobile app TeamViewer and they I will took my phone in their access then will be able to check why proper network not available in my area and that is the only way

@airtelindia In the artel thanks app there is no option to raise the complaint about you. You the people getting publicity only. Worst service. If you have manners contact me. I share you the exact location. First visit here and solve the network issue, then you advtise we R no.1 got it..?

What I am being charged is for 4G but the speed is even below 2g. Regularly @Airtel_Presence is painfully slow even though network strength is adequate. Complained a lot ,yet no action taken by @airtelindia
