Rajiv (@Rajiv_Realid) reported@airtelindia I did a data recharge yesterday at night for my mom. A 22 rupees recharge of 1 gb data. She didn't get that reflected in her airtel app and was not able to use the internet as well. I raised a complaint and got a complaint id. Care to help?

And surprisingly every way of connecting to customer service has turned into bot. Proves you guys no more care about the CUSTOMER.
