  From past 5 days my @airtelindia broadband is not working, I have raised the complain on 2nd October. since then no one from airtel has contacted me, I'm calling airtel customer care every day twice and everytime they says we have escalated the issue and it will sorted in 2 hrs.

  @airtelindia I recharged my Airtel sim with data pack of 199 for 28 days 1.5G/d and the internet speed is worsen from last 3 days. Why is this happening? Please fix asap as this is interrupting my critical works. Thanks
