    Why Jio network making my villegers fool....first call of jio sim automatically declined and the data can't properly working last 6 months .....i think we want shift to Airtel or Vi network (Location Raghunathpura teh. Suratgarh sriganganagar ) @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia facing a lot of problem related to internet speed. unable to do office work. Online classes for children has been started but they're not able to join their classes. complained on 09, 29 Mar and on 1 Apr but Everytime they says,"sir our team is working on it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Due to this network issue, I am not receiving the office OTP, which is affecting my work. If I lose my job I will take legal action,I have also followed up with the Airtel store at Chandanagar, but the issue is still not resolved since Sunday

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence -What’s wrong with Airtel I do not know, customer office in my area telling my to call my son from Abroad for eSIM request, yesterday night at 11:59pm I requested for change of physical sim to eSIM, without any confirmation verification call

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence IPTV upgrade issue still not resolved after 35+ days and multiple follow-ups. Promises made, but no action taken to resolve root cause. Very poor customer experience.

    Airtel Fiber customer for 4 years. Raised a shifting request 10 days ago, got false assurances twice, zero resolution. Also have an overdue complaint from May that nobody followed up on. Paying for a yearly plan with no service. @AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence what’s going on? 📶

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I regularly use International Roaming on my 20-yr-old postpaid connection. From the past 2 months - No Outgoing Calls work when I'm abroad. Data + Incoming Calls work all fine. Tried customer care multiple times - No Resolution.

    @airtelindia wait. When i called engineer he said he doesn't work in our region. This priority postpaid network and greediness will destroy airtel as common customer is not receiving good service as before

    @airtelindia What an abysmal service of your wretched organization. Eversince I landed in india, my mobile data is unstable eventhough it shows 5G but the Speed is less than a snail!! Efforts to reach your customer care per IVRS but invariably failed.
