    Why Jio network making my villegers fool....first call of jio sim automatically declined and the data can't properly working last 6 months .....i think we want shift to Airtel or Vi network (Location Raghunathpura teh. Suratgarh sriganganagar ) @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia facing a lot of problem related to internet speed. unable to do office work. Online classes for children has been started but they're not able to join their classes. complained on 09, 29 Mar and on 1 Apr but Everytime they says,"sir our team is working on it.

    Airtel network coverage in Pandri Kripal, Gonda district, Uttar Pradesh has been very poor for the past 15 days. Indoor voice calling and 5G internet connectivity have been significantly affected. Kindly look into the issue and restore coverage ASAP. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Two months without a proper network in Abhama, Pulwama. Every call to Airtel customer care ends with the same false promise, "wait 4 hours." We are tired of excuses. Either fix the issue immediately or tell us if we should port to another network. Enough is enough. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This is unacceptable. I’ve raised complaints about my Wi-Fi, yet there has been no proper resolution. Your slow response is affecting my office work & causing losses. If you can’t provide reliable service or timely support, why are customers paying for it?

    @airtelindia I wish 2 surrender my BB & all that comes wid it & nothin is free. All paid. Pl instruct the sales team dat sold d connection to do the needful. I can't run 2 d service centre leavin my 97 yo Dad. No guessin I'm a senior 2.

    @airtelindia If you cannot escalate this I'll escalate this further. We faced similar issue in April and your guys took 3 days to fix I work from home, I need wifi all the time. If you don't fix this in next 1 hr then disconnect permanently I'll get another provider. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @AFiber3150 Your engineers take more than a day to visit the office and do not care to inform if they are not able to visit the office at the scheduled time. We are switching to other wifi service provider. Kindly refund the excess amount paid.
