@airtelindia facing a lot of problem related to internet speed. unable to do office work. Online classes for children has been started but they're not able to join their classes. complained on 09, 29 Mar and on 1 Apr but Everytime they says,"sir our team is working on it.

Why Jio network making my villegers fool....first call of jio sim automatically declined and the data can't properly working last 6 months .....i think we want shift to Airtel or Vi network (Location Raghunathpura teh. Suratgarh sriganganagar ) @reliancejio @airtelindia

@airtelindia Hi, I raised request to airtel customer care email id on 9th Jan'23 to update the address in 'My profile' section with the proof. I followed up with email to Nodal officer and Airtel Appelate. This is open till date. Who is the next level of escalation beyond Airtel Appelate?

@reliancejio @airtelindia Can someone please address cellular and cellular data (4G/5G) related network issues in this area. Have logged multiple complaints and no improvement in network coverage. Have been told that coverage will improve in next few months but it's now almost a year with no improvement.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After fixing my previous complaint, the issue is not resolved yet, everyday I’ve to restart the modem unplug the connections and connect them back. Your engineers and technical team didn’t do anything just blabbering.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago I am surprised at how at different levels Airtel is failing to address an issue which had been going on for more than a month. The DTH equipment at my home have to be linked to my Subscription ID and no one is able to help.
