    Got the worst experience ever From @airtelindia after booking a fiber connection yesterday. Agent told that connection will be done before 01:00 PM at the Time of Booking after booking i have tried to call him but his phone is switched off and evan no response from customer care.

    For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.     @airtelindia You have very bad coverage in Greece. Calls don’t go thru most of the times, data and internet speed is atrociously slow. Nothing connects. Made a mistake taking the international pack for self and wife.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @lahotiak sir i used airtel prepaid sim and always recharge 5g unlimited now 4 days to ago network showing 4g and we do switch off , flight mode , network setting, mobile updates but now no solution and i call to costumer care she told sorry and port to other

    @airtelindia because of the manipulation by your customer services i switched to postpaid.Again I switched to prepaid and I am getting very limited choices of monthly recharges while my family have plenty of choices?why are you being so unfair to very trustworthy customer?
