    @ViCustomerCare providing the worst services to your customers.When you not able to provide proper service then why you open the company and now idea,Vodafone both are merge then also not providing service better than you @airtelindia , @reliancejio providing a best services.

    I've ported to Airtel from BSNL. My SIM has got network but I am unable to make calls. Aslo the "class 0 message" is popping up like the hell since I've inserted sim card. @airtelindia @VittalGopal

    @ChekrishnaCk when did they provide unlimited 5G? Despite my family using 5G devices on active 'unlimited 5G' plans, the network defaults to consuming our 4G data quota. Once that is exhausted, we experience severe speed drops and are prompted to purchase top-ups. It's all Fake @airtelindia

    Hello @airtelindia My network not working, as per your customer care 198 she informed either your number 9936964835 not recharge for 90 days or KYC not done but both are done👍 kyc showing successful. My number is important please restore my number as soon as possible.

    @airtelindia your service is absolute ****. WiFi down for 4 days! Spent 600 on data while I pay 1170 monthly. Customer care gives ****** up replies and Engineers do not pick up and requests gets cancelled. I do work from home. Fix this or I will take this case to consumer court!

    @airtelindia @TRAI I took Airtel Fiber in Dec 2025 with a rs100/month discount for 10 months. The June bill didn't include the discount, and I had to pay the full amount. I've complained twice but received no resolution or complaint status. Please resolve this and refund the amt
