    I have used ur broadband only 4-5 days it’s wire was cut by rat on every next day of service so why m getting the bill of Rs 490 plz look into it and rectify my issue asap else I will discontinue my all @airtelindia connections @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia sometime I fail to make my payment for postpaid number and you people start calling everyday with different numbers but atleast look at the service and quality of internet you are offering and why someone should pay 600-700 per month and @reliancejio is far better

    I tried all communication (direct office in india by my relative with documents , email to 121@ , @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia twitter handles and even WhatsApp airtel area chat. Nothing helped and seeking your help as last resource.

    @airtelindia what a pathetic service you have , i am in Delhi and you are assigning an engineer of Pune to resolve my issue. How do you think he'll come? By flight or barefoot? Please fix my issue or remove this box and refund my money as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Calling was ok and internet was sometime working and sometimes not. My complain is about your executive explaining me that the data and call written is for a week not for a day. I got it for 7 days. My other friends using airtel service was very good. @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Dear #idea your store employees sucks. I live in NY,back there in India my dad has to replace the sim 4 his number which was under my name.Your employee is asking for money and proof of my us docs which i provided still he is struggling to get it. @airtelindia
