Currently, all OTT benefits on account 012932871239 have been stopped. My IPTV service, which was included Airtel Black plan, has also been deactivated.

My work has been severely impacted, & I've lost an entire working day because of this outage. Despite raising multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. This is extremely disappointing.
