Worst Service Airtel Fibernet from past 48 hours the connection is being installed only whenever you call the technician they don't receive my call when you call to customer care no response from them. Is this the way a company like Airtel works? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@varunkrish Same problem here too.....as the competition is growing, Act Fibernet is becoming worse everyday. Been an act customer since the very beginning, but switched to airtel fiber last month. @ACTFibernetHYD do listen of your customers, otherwise you will loose them. @airtelindia

@airtelindia data card not working. Customer exec says 72hrs resolution time n Sunday excluding as its non working. Exec says seniors not available on call. My no. 8433943128. U should mention at the time of taking connectn. Sundays might create n issue as we r not working.
