@iamsrk @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare — forcing people to recharge just to access basic customer care is not “service,” it’s exploitation.

@airtelindia Extremely frustrated with the pathetic network coverage in my area (PIN: 209601, UP). Ported from Jio to Airtel postpaid expecting better connectivity, but it's turning out to be a massive mistake. Fix this immediately!

@airtelindia the service in Parbhani has deteriorated badly. Please fix the network issue urgently and provide a permanent solution. Otherwise, there is no reason for us to continue with Airtel. 3/3

@raghav_chadha why don't you take this in the parliament. These @airtelindia guys are looting customer's money even though I have a legitimate time period until expiry

@airtelindia I contacted customer support multiple times but got no resolution. I accidentally recharged the wrong Airtel number with ₹348 today at 7:54 AM. It shows “In Progress”. I need cancellation & refund to my BHIM UPI, NOT transfer. Please escalate.

@airtelindia I had subscribed to Airtel Black, which I later cancelled and retained only the WiFi service.Despite that, my monthly bill was never reduced and I continued to pay Rs. 706 every month. This month the bill is Rs. 463, but previously it was Rs. 706,why this difference?

@airtelindia @airtelindia this frustrating and bad experience with Airtel, I’ve been facing an Airtel Wi-Fi issue for the past 3 days. Despite contacting customer care multiple times, I have not received any proper response or resolution, and no technician has contacted me.

@Airtel_Presence seems to be very busy sending invoices to customer for the services they don't intend to provide. Particularly to the newly coined "SlowLane" 5G service and always out Super Slow Airtel Wifi service... Please do keep up the bad service @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia your customer service is the worst! I had applied for a duplicate sim as my current sim has suddenly stopped working and the local airtel office says I need to apply for it from the region/state where the sim belongs. When searched on internet, I found no such rule.
