@airtelindia @AirtelMd Replaced a faulty sim card. I had the faulty sim on hand. However SMS takes 24 hrs to be reactivated. It makes no sense , when SIM is not lost. Who comes up with such stupid and I'll logical process in this time and Era.#AirtelStupidity

@airtelindia - Most cumbersome and pathetic Customer support. I had a digital TV connection and wanted to connect to agent but IVR never allows you to talk to agent... Why Airtel says we are hearing? Is the confusing IVR will really help anyone. Customer ID - 3000240375
