    @airtelindia Deplorable service from Airtel Customer Care. I have been calling them since 3rd Sept. for a bill plan change. Without My Knowledge, my plan changed from 399 to 999. No confirmation on email or SMS. The rude CC Exec. said it was done from your end via app.

    @airtelindia I even emailed my complaint and after reaching out to your customer care number I am being responded by your executive that there is no delay on your end and it is just 24 hours. Such reckless resolution s are provided.
