    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare also store people told my dad that he needs to get approval from higher authority to activate it, i want to question why airtel or vodafone higher authority have issue to provide approval of it? is this his own property? ridiculous..

    @Airtel_Presence internet isn’t working properly in begusarai bihar(851211) for more than 3 months . Lodged complaint many times but no resolution has been provided yet. Do you really care @airtelindia ?

    @Airtel_Presence The poorest of @airtelindia service is in Bangalore it seems. With Airtel broadband for 6 years and this is the first time we are using this third class broadband from Airtel. Abysmally poor to say the least. Comes and goes off at own whims. Devices do not connect to router.
