    @airtelindia it's been just 30+ days.I have installed your wifi . But from last few days,my network is flactuating and when I tried to contact sales person but he didn't picked my call.AndI tried to connect your customercare they said your server is down,so please look into this.

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia . My extreme fibre is down from last one day and it is not yet resolved . I should have sticked to jio fiber instead

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was getting the correct speed for 2 years, with no issue. All of a sudden on 31st jan your backend team wrongly throttled me and now refuse to ack their mistake.

    @reliancejio I am facing poor connectivity issues. Internet doesn’t works when I am travelling. Very pathetic experience. My dad was also using Jio he has to switch to @airtelindia. I think I have to also consider the same. Take necessary actions or else I am 1 sms away to port.

Your unmannered staff never wear mask or follow any hygiene practice. Only trouble customers. We don't want this pathetic service. Cancel our booking and end this nightmare

    @ProfAntMan @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Twitter is full of complaints & instead of resolving any or improving their service they have time to retweet. Worst customer experience. #NoCovidHygeine protocol followed. Troubling customers only. No service and advance payment

    They are now insisting on a home visit, to covid quarantine home, even though they refuse to acknowledge the problem. This is just another tactic to avoid dealing with the problem. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
