@airtelindia sir I'm getting so many messages related to Download/use Airtel thanks app and recharge your number. This messages are so much irritating. I know when to recharge my no and which aap to use so Please provide better service rather then sending messages like this.

@airtelindia Service Req. No. CLCNF3EST20230114829056 has been raised for my Airtel Number regarding the unavailability of 5G indoors at 500032. Please upgrade the nearby towers so that 5G is available at home. Jio's 5G is already available indoors.

The conversation with customer care was even more interesting where I was frustrated beyond a point and wanted to port. The @airtelindia customer care smirks and tells me, even for that you need an active sim card & for that you need to first follow all these processes and port👏

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst service evere faced by me . Having balance and validity my tv shows it is supspended due to low balance . And while talking to CC they ask to pay 150 rs for service charge . What a shame work by #airtel . Why should i pay it?

1) My @airtelindia sim stops working abruptly. 2) I try all troubleshooting methods, then call customer care 3) I get informed that I need to visit Airtel store, show my proof, pay 50 rupees, lose all my messages and all this for no fault of mine Welcome to #airtelthanks policy.
