@airtelindia Sir, we have got Airtel 4G here, but I do not get the right connection in my 500 metres area. So Sir, I have requested you to get it fixed as soon as possible. Because I switched my SIM of Reliance Jio and started the new Airtel service yesterday.

Pathetic internet service in my area 4g got disconnected randomly and i have to switch off my phone to get 4g again. Call quality is poor if i have to call someone i have to try atlest 10 to 15 times then call connected and disconnected randomly @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia I have reached out to Airtel customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but have not received a response. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the failure to provide the services that I paid for.
