    @airtelindia Sir, we have got Airtel 4G here, but I do not get the right connection in my 500 metres area. So Sir, I have requested you to get it fixed as soon as possible. Because I switched my SIM of Reliance Jio and started the new Airtel service yesterday.

    @airtelindia Broadband service is not working. This is happening very frequently now. Unable to reach customer service. They have disabled the option to talk to customer executives. Very poor service. - Zac
