So Sir, I have requested you to get it fixed as soon as possible. Because I switched my SIM of Reliance Jio and started the new Airtel service yesterday.

Right in the heart of Chennai, one of the biggest metropolitan cities in India, you are not able to manage wifi services w.o frequent disconnections .. total disconnection for last 24 hrs, which has happened a dozen times in 3 months. Remember your are a listed company. You need to get your act right when even our **** have become more efficient. #airtel @Airtel_Presence
