Why BSNL is not providing 24x7 tech/ internet support to valued customers like Pvt. Company n they are maintaining their standards and giving assurance time to resolve any issue in 24 or 48 hr @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @airtelindia @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

@airtelindia - Got a new sim, data worked for 1 day. Been chasing your customer support to solve my issue since 2 days. 1st guy told me they will need 24 hours, second told me 15 days. Nd you will bill me for all these days when im unable to use internet on the new sim. Thanks !

@reliancejio please tell me how to port from @airtelindia to jio. Airtel is the worst network provider,they only know to earn money but they have never tried to understand the difficulties that we are facing as a student.I have complained several time but it was waste of time.
