    Why BSNL is not providing 24x7 tech/ internet support to valued customers like Pvt. Company n they are maintaining their standards and giving assurance time to resolve any issue in 24 or 48 hr @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @airtelindia @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @MIB_India I’m experiencing frequent call drops and poor incoming call quality at Vishwavidyalay Nagar, Jagatpura, Jaipur. Sometimes there is no voice heard while attending a call and I have to frequently turn on/off airplane mode to rectify this.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This long duration duration of maintenance in a working weekday intresting, Firstly the mobile network already sucks and you are disconnecting our only source of connection. Atleast you can compensate right!

    1st experience with @airtelindia & it’s already terrible. Paid customer. Technician sent without an appointment. Executive spoke rudely coz I couldn’t provide an OTP while driving, then hung up on me when I called out his behaviour.

    @airtelindia - what's going on for past one month, frequent service disconnection in Bengaluru. Past 2 days this is 3rd time I am working on my mobile Hotspot, (for entire locality, situation is same). Improve else need to shift to other vendor

    @airtelindia Airtel wifi complained No 11035942860 registered yesterday but no solution till time, toll free number asking complain is open and we are working on it. How much time we wait. All of our employees are sitting ideal.
