    Why BSNL is not providing 24x7 tech/ internet support to valued customers like Pvt. Company n they are maintaining their standards and giving assurance time to resolve any issue in 24 or 48 hr @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @airtelindia @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia I am unable to use the internet for the last 5–6 days. Despite raising multiple requests and follow-ups, I have not received any proper response from Airtel support. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and I am not happy with the experience anymore.

    Hello @airtelindia I am facing network issues at my location. Raised complaint many time on Airtel app. But issue is not resolved till now and nobody visited the place to check the issue.

    @airtelindia I believe it is waste of time see the resolution time it is 08.17pm so far no one contacted as like yesterday escalation, how come a company so careless about installation will provide good service

    @ocjain4 @airtelindia Totally Paying on time should mean better service, no matter if you're prepaid or postpaid. Discrimination isn't cool.

    The customer care will not help. Give you multiple offers even after you continuously tell them about wanting to close the connection. Then they will make ask you to call them back after somehow getting hold of them on call @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I recharged for a full year partly because of the advertised FREE Perplexity Pro benefit. Now I'm being asked to add a payment method/card and potentially deal with USD billing. This was never clearly disclosed during recharge. This feels misleading.
