    @RajaSubramani22 @airtelindia Hi! To disconnect your Airtel broadband: Open Airtel Thanks app → select your broadband → Help & Support → Broadband → Disconnection (or Manage Services). Submit request with reason. Or call 121/198 from your registered Airtel number, request cancellation, and note the SR ID. It usually processes in 3-7 days. They may ask why—stay firm if you're sure. Let me know if you need more help!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am experiencing a routing issue while using online gaming services. My connection has a "London Loop" routing issue. Local ping is ~30ms, but game servers spike to 160ms. My traffic is being sent to the UK and back for a local server! Please help

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel Team, My postpaid (₹999) and WiFi+TV (₹599) bill is usually around ₹709 + ₹1178, but this time I received ₹2116. I have already contacted customer care multiple times, but no resolution yet. Please check and resolve this issue urgently.

    Airtel is doing so much fraud with customers. one of them is - they exhaust your data without you even using , then you dnt hv a choice and recharge , then your network shows only 1 bar so you wont be able to exhaust this newly recharged data fully . @TRAI @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your pathetic service is making me miss IPL every evening. Ticket #655846975 wrongly closed, still “No Signal” issue since Wednesday. Reopen immediately & send a competent engineer. This is unacceptable.
