    @airtelindia is such a thankless company! I hav been trying to reach out their cust service team for countless hours but in vain. Their quality of service have deteriorated over the years and no wonder Jio is taking over. Bad customer service will be the doom of this company.

    Hi All, My Airtel no using from last 10+ suddenly got deactivated. Now Airtel Customer service is telling it can not be reactivated. Its very important number. No one in airtel trying to understand. This is airtel service .They said No direct @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    2)This is airtel service.They are now money minded only in terms of providing service. If They cannot retain their old customer then whats the purpose of company. How the Important that number is @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence don't know. There are lots of app connected for OTP.
