    Why BSNL is not providing 24x7 tech/ internet support to valued customers like Pvt. Company n they are maintaining their standards and giving assurance time to resolve any issue in 24 or 48 hr @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @airtelindia @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia Very poor customer support from both 121 as well as appellate authority. I have been following for more than a month now for incorrect billing but rather than fixing that issue, service has been stopped. Never expected such behaviour from Airtel.

    @airtelindia Im facing issues with call. Registered 2 complaints. One closed without my knowledge. For the second I had called many times. Airtel doesn't even know the status. The issue is still there. No resolution no update

    Request @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to take a note to provide a booster as the signal is very poor at Adithi Emareld Apartment, Krupanithi College Road, Kachamaranahalli, Bengaluru- 560087. There are many flats in that area and people are forced to change to other network.
