@airtelindia It's utterly shameful that such a huge company has such pathetic customer care. I got Fiber installed 3 days ago, despite saying installation is free, the guy who came to install charged me, and the Wifi stopped working the day it was installed.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since three days I am calling customer care, I am assured that the issue would be resolved but all what happens is that the customer care executive apologizes and assures that issue would be resolved. And nothing happens.

@airtelindia you people brag about zero issues and instant resolution right? Whenever we file an issue the minimum SLA is 4 days. When they turn over after 4 days, by then issue would have been auto resolved #badservice #hateuairtel
