    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia recently someone in our Society who knew an airtel guy, leveraging his personal connections fiddled with the nearby tower and now we are left is no network. Previously we used to get at least 2 bars. Now, nothing. Nada. Zilch. Please help urgently

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence All I wanted: SIM โ†’ eSIM. A 2-hour routine process. What Airtel delivered: 6 days, 2 store visits, 1 broken callback promise, 3 template emails, contradicting systems, and a Nodal Officer who didn't read the complaint.
