    @airtelindia are you guys doing something with your network process or what? From last 2 week, once in every 3 day I'm facing a severe issue with network. For 20-30 mins there was no network at all at my place. I have tested in my 3 different Sim and also other 4 of my neighbors

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Tomorrow at 12 afternoon I bought your sim card with payment of 150 Rs. simcard seller done my process of verification,finger print, photo etc but 1 day past but till network not available shows & services block. Very disappointed with your service

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have an Unlimited 5G recharge, but my internet stops after my daily data quota is exhausted.After that, 5G doesn't work at all, even though the plan clearly includes Unlimited 5G. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, this has been a frustrating experience. I raised a Wi-Fi shifting request (Request ID: 11035347067) on 16 July. Without any technician visit or update, the request was closed as "Resolved." Since yesterday, I've called customer care 3 times. Each time I was assured I'd receive a callback within 4 hours, but no one has called. Since the request is shown as closed, I'm unable to raise a fresh request through the app either. Kindly resolve this urgently instead of giving false assurances. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #CustomerService
