    @airtelindia are you guys doing something with your network process or what? From last 2 week, once in every 3 day I'm facing a severe issue with network. For 20-30 mins there was no network at all at my place. I have tested in my 3 different Sim and also other 4 of my neighbors

    @airtelindia I am very disappointed and say that you also forget the meaning of service these days. Customers these days only chase you and no service is given even escalated to nodal officers on mail. Is there any backend team or all virtual world where no resolution is provided
