@airtelindia are you guys doing something with your network process or what? From last 2 week, once in every 3 day I'm facing a severe issue with network. For 20-30 mins there was no network at all at my place. I have tested in my 3 different Sim and also other 4 of my neighbors

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Nevermind. Error was emanating from @Adobe Reader App so may be they have problem with handling long file names. I was able to locate the unnamed file and rename to something.pdf and retrieve the receipt. Cheers 🙏

I was thinking how someone can be so much shameless. Then I remembered @airtelindia - AI enabled suport system which automatically closes the support ticket without confirmation from user. - Pathetic call center representative who only have "blurb that backend team is checking"

Hi, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your customer Support portal is not at all good. I opened 2 case to it from app and those got closed without any consent and asking if those got resolved. Do i always have to jump onto social media to raise concern.

Struggling with my Airtel wifi connection, @airtelindia raised the concern with customer care team and complaint is logged SR 313558145332909, it's been more than 2 weeks but no solution received, no one from technical team contacted me.
