I recharged by rs.399/- having daily internet data 1.5 that is 1500mb. But after 200mb or near about usage your airtel net pack not responding properly as upto 1500mb usage. They say your reason is not valid.. so you can stop taking there service when you satisfy them on terms that they decide.. I have to get hold of a person physically at airtel store .. and still it took me 2 hrs to get my disconnection approved.
