    @airtelindia Today recharge of airtel balance rs.449 is done from yono sbi app to mobile no.9028473048 by mistake instead of mobile number 9028473078. Complaint sent as WRR 9028473048 000084612037 449 9028473078 on 51619 to reverse mobile balance,But no response.pls solve

    Bad Service At My territory For Airtel Fiber And Mobile Network. Since last 2 month I am facing network issue from you for my Airtel fiber and mobile network. Every alternate day there is no network for fiber and mobile service. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I am customer of airtel prepaid plan. I recharged by rs.399/- having daily internet data 1.5 that is 1500mb. But after 200mb or near about usage your airtel net pack not responding properly as upto 1500mb usage. Taking only rounds & loosing my time.pls 9766669211comp

    My Airtel Fiber internet is working, but Landline is not working.I can also see my Landline number in the Airtel Thanks App, but the landline is not working. Customer care is saying "No service in area," which is wrong. Please activate my line. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I never understood why companies promote “fast customer support”. I’ve been an @airtelindia Postpaid customer since 2021 and using their WiFi for the last ~2 years. First time ever raised a WiFi shifting request and it’s been pending for the last 7 days with no resolution.

    @JioCare Ported my number from VI to Jio on 2-6. It’s been 7 days and Jio SIM isn’t activated, while VI service has stopped. Left with no network. This has been a nightmare. If I knew the service would be this bad, I wouldn’t have switched. Please resolve urgently. @airtelindia

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As you have not able to meet the resolution timelines(2, 4 and then again 4 hours) and no response from your local engineer/technician. I would like to close airtel connection and request for refund. SR - 11032107204 Duration of outage - 30 hrs

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia They have taken AI chatbot to new level. Worst network these days in India, I will be switching. The wifi too is buffering these days.
