@airtelindia Today recharge of airtel balance rs.449 is done from yono sbi app to mobile no.9028473048 by mistake instead of mobile number 9028473078. Complaint sent as WRR 9028473048 000084612037 449 9028473078 on 51619 to reverse mobile balance,But no response.pls solve

@airtelindia I am customer of airtel prepaid plan. I recharged by rs.399/- having daily internet data 1.5 that is 1500mb. But after 200mb or near about usage your airtel net pack not responding properly as upto 1500mb usage. Taking only rounds & loosing my time.pls 9766669211comp

@airtelindia am in Punjab ( Ludhiana) and using my number 9596781375 as a corporate number , but your signals are so weak that it becomes difficult even opening an attachment . If this goes on I will have to port my sim to jio who are actually giving a much service than you guys

@chaukidarAmarku @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They have the worst customer care service. They won't even respond to your harsh complaint. Their customer care service agents call and threaten for not paying the dues. No wonder they are phasing out.

@airtelindia Still waiting for resolution. No follow up beyond customary asking for details. This is the reason Jio is ahead. False claims at the time of connection , no proper follow up.

@JioCare why is it so difficult to Close a jio fiber account and get my refund, 20 days and waiting, customer support has same usual story, no way to talk to a supervisor, @airtelindia was more decent and prompt in closing when i switched from them to u, show the same decency jio
