  @airtelindia I am customer of airtel prepaid plan. I recharged by rs.399/- having daily internet data 1.5 that is 1500mb. But after 200mb or near about usage your airtel net pack not responding properly as upto 1500mb usage. Taking only rounds & loosing my time.pls 9766669211comp

  @airtelindia Worst experience in Airtel network, taken Airtel black plan believing it has 5g connection is available along with dth. But airtel smiles at me saying there's no 5g connection in your area(remote city coimbatore) after paying the money.

  Went to an @airtelindia store for changing my eSIM back to Physical SIM. The requirement was an original ID proof. I asked them to consider @digilocker_ind ID as proof, they absolutely denied. Such an irony, telecom companies denying Digital ID. Such crap staff behaviour too.

  I am a Airtel broadband user in Manas city Lucknow, city complex in my office, i am also using exitell in my home but i got the badast support survice of Airtel team, after installing the broadband no one is properly responding even. really disappointing @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence really frustated by your billing problem in airtel black plan .After every bill generated i have to call customer care and tell them that you charged wrong as no discount is added which you mention in airtel black plan...my mobile no is 9968879997

  Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what is the use of getting your fibre broadband when you can't provide voip service. I have subscribed for 100 Mbps plan which includes free calling. But voip service was not provided by your team.
