Hey @airtelindia, 3rd day offline! 'Technical problem' to 'high power in modem' to 'G phone issue' to ‘link is not stable’ to ‘splitter is faulty’ were your top stories from your very agile engineers and none of your engineers could trace the issue so far.

Why there is lack in quality of service of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in Bihar. The same network works fine in Gujarat but people of bihar are being fooled. Network quality throughout india is better only in advertisements. @TRAI should ensure quality if people are paying.

@airtelindia I have been facing network issues on my prepaid airtel number since more than 3 months. Even after getting the sim changed and after repeated complaints to airtel, no acton has been taken!! Pathetic service by airtel!!!
