I am dumbfounded by how poor the @airtelindia handles their customers. They will show a lot of ads for Airtel Xstream but once you buy it, you won't get a proper connection. If you raise a ticket it's never gonna get resolved. I raised a ticket it's been a week still not resolved

@airtelindia Worthless Airtel Network. Does't Get Proper Network Even in an Open & Wide Area. Airtel Team Never Responds on DM & Consider Its Users/Customers Carelessly. Whereas I Am Holding Six Airtel Postpaid Nos, One Broadband & One DTH. Really Pathetic. SR Raised Since Long.
