How this scam works:- Imagine your validity is ending tomorrow. And you recharged today- then you cant use the existing data in your account. The customer care @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence simply "don't care". They don't even respond to to DMs - on FB Twitter.

@airtelindia services are getting worse day by day there is nill customer support I made a mistake of taking airtel wifi connection at home. The agent who came insisted me to go for 6 months plan and he didn’t leave us untill we paid for the connection. You have promised 40 mbps

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your customer care agent refused to register complaint for wrongful deduction of money and did not assist me at all. twice there was wrongful balance deduction. how do I raise a complaint against this? or should I port out to jio?

@airtelindia a sum of rs one hundred levied as late fee. It’s unjustified as delay took place due to ur app not working those days. I had immediately highlighted the issue. Why I shud be penalised for ur faults. Remove this unjust charge.
