Meanwhile Airtel has significantly increased their monthly pack charges, and I'm not able to use their 5G service, because network is unavailable. Pathetic.

Your own SMS committed resolution by 1 PM today. I was then given 4:30 PM, followed by 7:13 PM after being told your ground team wasn't responding.

Fix the underlying network/service issue that has persisted for 10 months. 3. Stop billing and refund/adjust charges for the period the service was unusable.
