@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst internet provider in Lucknow. Their frequent internet disconnection is a big problem for us and you could never reach their customer care easily, you have to spend several mins on their IVR calls. Its beeter to install sikka than airtel.

@airtelindia my broadband disconnects atleast twice a day..my kids have online school, i have office online.. the work is disrupted badly everyday. Customer care says backened techical issue. Why dont you fix it then. Ph: 0172-4062318

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews If 2 kids are watching online classes at home means "do we need to take 2 Airtel Broadband Connections"? Good for nothing network! Seems Airtel sacked all customer care, due to which they won't respond for calls and mails.
