  @JioCare I am extremely frustrated with the constant disruption to my Wi-Fi service. My neighbour recently raised a complaint, and after your technician worked on their connection, my internet has started facing the exact same issue. What makes this even more unacceptable is that there is no way to speak to a human through your customer service. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but there isn’t even an option to connect with a representative. I need this issue resolved immediately. If I don’t receive a prompt response and a permanent fix, I’ll have no choice but to switch to @airtelindia.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet is down since yesterday. The technician came this morning and told me there was a problem with the router and he would get it replaced right away, but 5 hours have passed and no one has come. I am fed up with Airtel's service @TRAI

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence F**k you Airtel!!!! Scammer!!! Bloody Airtel🤬 Paying around 600/- per moth (POSTPAID plan), yet I can't even get a stable internet connection for 3 seconds straight. When trying to contact customer support, not connecting. App is also useless! 😡😡
