@airtelindia Service request no. 31- 3526509703479 I get a message saying issue resolved without any problem being solved. I dont know y the customer service is so pathetic???if u cannot solve it u can tell it upfront so we will do the needful to suit our convenience.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I haven’t seen such carelessness. Your store is 5 minutes walk from my place, but we don’t have proper network coverage in our flat. A cruel joke when they offer me a to take a post paid plan. Get your network fixed, i see E sometimes In 4G.

Airtel Xstream fibre broadband is not working since morning 8 AM. Pathetic customer service, nobody taking the complaint seriously. They keep on conveying to backend team, do nothing. Complained 5 times on 01144444121. Useless network and management. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
