    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ...Based on this experience, I would not recommend Airtel AirFibre to anyone who works from home. I am now planning to cancel the connection and switch to a local provider who can at least provide timely updates and support.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Taking to customer care for the nth time - you people are so thick-skinned? I do not have ay DTH connection still bill being sent and now I am told to pay late fee. For what? Are you people a joke?

    @airtelindia Unfortunately, I am still unable to set my desired Hello Tunes as a postpaid user, despite having contacted customer service. They were unable to assist me with this issue. I find this unacceptable given the cost of the service.

    How does an International Roaming pack activate when the SIM wasn’t even in the phone? This feels less like customer service and more like forced looting. Confirmed no renewal, took precautions, yet billed anyway. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence – please explain and reverse this.
