    worst network speed provided by @airtelindia . I have to change network type from LTE to 2G only for calling and network purpose in 4G phone . Shame on you @airtelindia 👎.

    But airtel network wont allow me to do that. I request you now to resolve my problem or else i have to change my network. And FYI I own airtel postpaid platinum services, the highest upgraded plan. I fear what their other plans have to offer than. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    yet i haven't received any refund,i emailed the nodal officer regarding this,he said give me your bank details,and further he gave a reply back email as shown below, I'm helpless i don't know which ever airtel customer care i call they say we don't handle this area @airtelindia

    @ChennaiRains @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm in Chennai and using ACT for the past 3 years. Very professional with the customer service and problem resolution #ACT you need to seriously think of switching broadband connection

    @Airtel_Presence I think @airtelindia team is working a lot to resolve a 500 Rs issue for ever two months & harassing a Sr citizen,now I really think I talk to bots of different names, non of you talk with an authority to resolve the issue, all hang up by saying it will be resolved in 2 days

    @airtelindia I have taken up XStream Fiber from August but till now landline service hasn't been activated, intially while taking up the connection I was told that by October end landline service would be made available but now its December but still not functional
