    @theSalesOpsGuy @airtelindia When you call their customer care try this sequence 1319 in ivr. Usually the agent is hidden under #9 in the ivr tree. Or get someone with post paid plan to call them and then get them solve your prepaid problem.

    @DainikBhaskar @airtelindia @airtelnews In today scenario, Airtel is worst service provider in India, I changed my number from Voda to Airtel but now feeling it that my decision were wrong. All the call disconnected after 40 Second. Many time My friend and family complaint that all the time my number is out of network

    @theSalesOpsGuy @airtelindia Don't pay the bills. Let their customer care call you to & ask u 2 pay dues. Tht time u tell tht person. They will make changes 2 d plan & then you pay the bill. That person will get commission/points/bonus and you will get what you want. I have done this. Hence sharing.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I am using airtel broadband since last 7 days , I am getting regular disconnection. I am raising so many complaints. But I am not getting any response. I am using airtel black. So as per my experience, never use airtel broadband & black.
