I got airtel Xstream fiber installed on 11 Jun’21. It is not working from early morning. Airtel service engineers are saying we are reaching in next 15 minutes from past 5 hrs.Worst & pathetic customer care process ever. Would never recommend to anyone. @airtelindia @airtelcare

.@NextraWorld one of the worse around in #CustomerService. Either they hang up on you if you try to reason out anything or better still they tell on your face they care a f**k. No wonder @reliancejio and @airtelindia are so far ahead. At least they ensure customer outreach & care
