    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia so paid this month bill also today i.e. 17th Feb and tried to download the receipt for same for my broadband connection but problem still persist in your "Thanks" app (or Thankless app if i may call so) as in receipt it is now showing Feb21 receipt

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare I recharged with Rs 999 plan bt speed is very slow already lodged a complaint also engineer said our router is 1band so change it to new one so that i will get speed.I asked for router change on 7 feb but till date I didn't get new router my SR 000018q48m.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am very upset with your service. Last month I have paid the bill through cheque and it is showing cleared from the bank's end.But this moth you have included my last month's bill and you guys are telling it is not paid.I have my bank statement also
