    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence after 45 minutes of struggling I got chance to tag Airtel , coz there was no network, I am a postpaid customer but could no talk with customer executive through Airtel app or 121 , 198 , can’t even port . Poorest service. I am going into Jio.

    Sim Not Provisioned An Error on @airtelindia for almost an hour on my sim - 8484964949 Customer care who is almost unreachable for most of the time is useless and hopeless it took me 6 minutes twice just to be able to talk to those idiots

    @airtelindia Why is it impossible to talk to a real customer care executive? The app and helpline only route to a bot with fixed options, which does NOT solve real issues. Customers deserve to speak to a human, not be forced into automated replies.

    Shameless jio after looting all money from customers stop the option of talking to customer care executive in their complaint helpline. I request all do not use Jio network and if you are in jio just switch to any other network @JioCare @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare
