    Hello @airtelindia Why the hell are you sending Hindi and Bhojpuri notifications to a Maithili customer? It’s really annoying to see Bhojpuri IVR even though I am Maithili Speaker. It’s your responsibility to value one’s language, and emotion. #IVRInMaithili

    @airtelindia My request for change of plan of airtel No. 0172 4004724 is unresolved since 05th August 2021. Repeated calls and email to CustomerCare failed to elicit any response Never seen such poor customer service. Wasted lot of time, energy. Now seek help as Previous plan expiring today

    @airtelindia Since last one week I am trying to get airtel black along with a new fiber connection, but still airtel people are not able to provide me. Airtel is going down with their services as well as comments provided by customers. Now I am in confusion to take fiber or not.

    @airtelindia pathetic service for xstream. Complain pending since 3 days no engineer allocated. In this time of Work from home,broadband shut, customer care executive have no answer. Says will be resolved today only everyday.
