    @airtelindia your systems are so broken that after cancellation of an airtel black request yesterday, it shows up as processing in your call center - so much that after collecting a full year x fiber 300MBPS plan, you haven't managed to upgrade it in 24 hours. #customerservice

    I req. for relocation on 29/1/22 and today being 3/2/22 it is still pending. Some guys (No uniform, extremely ***** (unhygienic cloths), no any mask) came yesterday and the day before and said will be done. Calld 4 times to customer care @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Yesterday my airtel dth plan was over So I recharged today with 250 but my account balance shown was 233 then i called customer care then they told that was charged 15 rs because i recharged after due date.this is not true ,i want My 15 rs back @airtelindia
