    @AliNizam8077 @airtelindia Bhai, pehle Airtel Thanks app mein login karke 4999₹ roaming pack ka status check karo (active hai ya nahi). Abroad se call/WhatsApp karo +91-9910099100 pe (toll free, 24x7). Phone restart karo, airplane mode on-off try karo, aur mobile networks mein manual select network dekh lo (Ooredoo ke alawa koi partner try karo). APN already sahi hai. Jaldi resolve ho jayega!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence now it's 30 days to disconnect my WIFi connection, still the balance amount is not credited to my account. Also there is no way to connect customer care in this regard.
