@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence escalation team works quick but on the ground action by 121 or airtel stores is very very slow. Almost two weeks since my wife gave docs for service but on the ground action is missing. Not sure why only escalation team works.

@pandeyjirakesh_ @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence All that airtel does is replying with a auto-generated message asking for DM. After some days u'll get a message that issue has been resolved. This will go on a loop if u further complaint. Nothing really happens. Mein thak gaya *** airtel se yeh sab sunke.

@airtelindia I am facing broadband landling connectivity since 8 Jun'21, and raised the complaint with higher level as well, however still unable to get any response and resoulation as well. I have tried to contact with Local team (Sandeep Kumar ) as well but they are not helping
