@airtelindia So called buddy said there's connection in my area and I paid 3k for Xtreme. Engineer came, said there's no box, left. I'm still waiting for my refund. Assigned buddy is not replying to calls or texts. Please help.

@airtelindia Despite of Calls and mail to the customer care. Nobody bother in Air tel to reply. Every month they put some extra charges and I have to call them to correct it. Really facing problem in every month basis.

@airtelindia your service is deteriorating day by day.. You have taken the complete 6 months of money for the new broadband connection. But, there is no proper communication form your end regarding the installation and this is what you call as customer satisfaction.

@airtelindia On top of that their service managers for the particular area are only trained to call till the first payment is done! After that you're on your own, because they'll never pick your calls.
