    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is looting customers with their hidden charges. Against recharge Rs. 49 & Rs. 79, no info is available, just amt is displayed. Nowadays we don't have option of Rs. 49 recharge also. And also remaining amt from any recharge is never carried forward.

    @airtelindia my internet snapped yesterday 25th at 5:00 pm. Till now no internet. Wire needs to change. That will happen tomorrow. 2 days to resolve such issues. My cable internet provider was super prompt considering above sla. Very very bad! No option to speak on care number

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today has been the worst day of you network at my place! For more than 6 hours I wasn’t receiving signal and all of my work just stop. I couldn’t connect to anyone and wasn’t able to do anything. This was really bad I despise you for this.
